Teaching Summary and Reflection During the semester, I was the English teacher of the 9th and 9th classes and the preparation team leader of the 9th grade. Besides serious study and in-depth study, I also humbly learned from the young teachers in the group.

First, strengthen cooperation, unite the colleagues of the grade group, and work together to do a good job in teaching. During the semester, three English teachers in our group joined forces to teach. In the teaching, according to the three dimensions of knowledge and ability, emotional attitudes and values, everyone carefully prepares lessons, actively explores the classroom model designed to achieve the "new curriculum standards", and further advocates the learning mode of independent cooperation and exploration. In the classroom teaching and after-school activities, the teachers did a lot of work. Using the time of teaching and research activities, I discussed the teaching content with other teachers , analyzed the difficulties and difficulties of the teaching materials, unified understanding, clarified the educational teaching objectives, and discussed and formulated the best teaching programs, with better results.

Second, strengthen the intensity of inspections so that teaching can be implemented. The past teaching experience tells me that in addition to the 45-minute classroom quality shared by teachers and students, it is very important for students to read more and write more after class. Therefore, my historical teaching principle is The arrangement has been checked and implemented. In this semester, I have made new innovations in the implementation of the inspection and arrangement of various operations. For students with different levels of learning, I set different learning goals for them.

Third, timely review and comment on the unit test volume test papers, timely quality analysis, check for defects. The unit test volume and the monthly test paper are the crystallization of the efforts of all the teachers in our group. After careful review, I categorized the mistakes and adopted a combination of collective correction and individual counseling to consolidate the knowledge points with more errors. Each student analyzes and summarizes each of his exams, and strives to make each student learn the contents of each unit clearly and remember.

Fourth, do a good job of training and turning poor. The ninth grade is the most important period of the student's middle school. The students' thoughts and learning conditions tend to differentiate during this period. In order to help students build up their early thinking and help students build confidence in learning, I have a lot of students with difficulties in this age group and students are extremely unbalanced. At the beginning of the school, I have one class and two classes. The analysis, the determination of the objects of the superior and the poor, and the planning of the plan, each arranged counseling time, this move has greatly increased the enthusiasm of many students, the learning attitude is further corrected, and the results have also increased. Every day, I use a little time to find some of them to talk and help them build confidence and overcome difficulties in learning.

Of course, there are still many aspects of this semester that are not satisfactory. In the future teaching, I will constantly adjust myself, gradually improve my work, and strive to become a county-level backbone teacher.
In the next phase of the effort, in the 2009 senior high school entrance examination, we will strive to make English a dominant discipline in the city.
