The classmates are quieter. Although there are some students in the middle school, the proportion of poor students is relatively large, especially for boys. Therefore, if you talk too deeply, you will not be able to take care of the whole. I pay more attention to this situation when preparing lessons. I spend a lot of time every day preparing lessons, seriously studying the teaching materials and teaching methods, and not accepting the work if I am not satisfied. Although it is hard, it turns out to be worthwhile. A well-prepared class will benefit both students and teachers. In addition, in order to make the teaching vivid and not dull, I also prepared a lot of teaching aids myself, or asked the students to prepare together to achieve the indirect preview effect.

Class: Keep a full spirit every day, let students feel a natural atmosphere, do a good job in organizing teaching, and ensure that the content of the class is rich, realistic, natural, lectures are vivid, easy to take care of all, and fully mobilize students' learning. Enthusiasm, try to make students invest, do not let them distract, let students do more hands, more mouths, more brains, let the classroom atmosphere active, fully mobilize students' subjective initiative, trying to let students learn to have income, learn to have fun .

Homework and tutoring: The placement of the assignments is appropriate and targeted, with a focus on word-making, reading comprehension, etc.; the corrections are often made in praise and encouragement. In terms of counseling for students, we have patience, methods, and students who are unwilling to learn. After a semester of patient education, our interest in learning has improved significantly, and our achievements have also made great progress.

Exam: This semester has conducted a number of periodic examinations according to the requirements of the school. The scores of the examinations are basically at the upper level of the same level. Every time you take the exam, you can do a systematic review before the exam. After the exam, you will summarize the subject, check the vacancy in time, correct the teaching method, and let the students adjust the learning method and strive for greater progress.

In the teaching process, English is divided into listening, speaking, reading and writing.

In addition, students are encouraged to watch more acceptable English TV programs, videos, or listen to English songs or even learn to sing English songs.

4. Writing: Composition teaching mainly teaches writing methods, requiring students to write truthful things, emphasizing the number of words and writing these hardware requirements. Students are encouraged to use time to write short diaries in English, so as to consolidate their correct spelling of words and accurately use phrases and phrases to create the basic skills of sentences, thus improving their ability to use knowledge comprehensively.
