In the first semester, I also actively participated in various types of study, deeply analyzed the deficiencies in my work, found out the gap between myself and other teachers , wrote my experience, and strived to improve my political level and theoretical cultivation. I understand that if I work harder and tired, I can't fall behind. I should try my best to do my job, especially teaching. Rethinking the work of this semester, while also achieving results, I also consider the deficiencies in my work. There are not enough points:

1. The theoretical study of mathematics teaching is not deep enough, it needs to be reflected, and the teaching level is slow to improve.

2, the application of education and scientific research in teaching practice is not in place, the research is not done in a fine and realistic manner, and has not reached the goal of their own mind.

3. There are not enough features and creative things in mathematics teaching. In the future, we must work hard to find out some of the characteristics of our own mathematics teaching.

4. The enthusiasm of the work is not high enough, the initiative is not strong enough, and there is a lazy idea. This also needs further correction and strengthening in future work.

Fifth, the future will open up and open up a new world.

In view of my performance in all aspects of this semester and the many deficiencies in my work, my future efforts are:
