Everything starts from scratch, while learning professional knowledge, exploring the market, encountering difficulties and problems in sales and professional aspects, I will promptly consult experienced colleagues and seek solutions to solve problems. During the past six months, I not only learned the basic car knowledge, but also had a deeper understanding of my own brand, which made me deeply fall in love with the work I was doing and the cars I sold. In my heart, I only have to love my position to do my job.

In just half a year, I understand that it is not enough to make a car sales list based on my own love. I have to learn how to conduct customer negotiations and analyze customer situations. These are the ones I have just experienced before, and our old salesmen often take my new person and learn the negotiation experience during the negotiation process. I am very grateful to my colleagues. So, until now, I have a hard-to-talk customer, I will draw on the negotiation skills of the old salesperson to negotiate.

Nowadays, the competition in Jiaxing's automobile sales market is becoming more and more fierce. In front of all sales personnel, it is - stable and tempered, hope and opportunity coexist, success and failure coexist, so it is very important to have a positive attitude.

And every day I should start from the beginning of the morning, every morning I will wake up from my own cheerful and aggressive ringtones, and then welcome the day's work with a spirited and happy attitude. If I don't have much experience from others, then I am more honest with others; if I don't have more people, then I am more than others. These have always been my work attitude. I believe that only in this way can the work be done better.

Existing shortcomings

The understanding of the market is still not deep enough, the mastery of professional knowledge is still not enough, in the process of communication with customers, lack of experience.

In the sales work, there are also rushes to the performance of the transaction, which not only affects the development of their own sales business, but also their own self-confidence. I would like to abandon these bad practices in my future work, and actively learn, consult the old salesperson's business knowledge, and improve my sales skills as soon as possible.

12-year work plan

In the process of development, I believe that to become a qualified salesperson, we must first adjust our own ideas, and the company's unified thinking, unified goals, clear the company's development direction, in order to fully integrate into the company's development, in order to be more Work in an orderly manner. The following is my 12-year work plan:

<1> Continue to learn the basics of the car and accurately grasp the dynamics and new models of various competitive brands in the market. Real-time control of the development direction of Jiaxing Automobile Industry.

<2> Establish a good relationship with customers, build a customer information card every day, and be sure to follow up on their own customers in real time, and return to their old customers regularly. At the same time, new customers can be developed on the basis of old customers. Let more people know and understand the Roewe car and experience it for themselves.

Understand the customer's data, hobbies, family situation, etc., tap customer needs, invest in what they do, do a good job in customer relationships, and keep abreast of information.

The development of key customers. I want to say here: I will treat the c-type customers as o-class, so that I have one more class than others, and one more o-class has one more chance. Visit and make a visit to the client at least three times a week.

<3> Efforts to complete the current task volume. In the tasks stipulated by the company, you must give yourself pressure and set yourself a task. Working daily

1. Health work, office, and exhibition halls must be completed carefully.

2. Revisit and track at least 2 to 3 potential customers daily and keep up with new customer needs.

3. Work on the front desk every day, register the information of each visiting customer, and report to the submarine system.

4. Make yourself a daily summary of your work and think about whether your daily work is not done well. Do you need to correct it?

5. Understand real-time automotive industry information, competing brand dynamics. Knowing ourselves and knowing each other, you can win every battle.

Work weekly

1 Check the submarine system to see if there are any customers who need to follow up. Organize information for each customer. And do the demand filing.

2 See how much your task has been completed, and how much is less. How many tasks are given to you next week.

Monthly work task

1 summarizing the customer volume in the month, the reason for the customer's defeat.

2 Summarize your own faults and better places in the month.
