R&D Center Internship Summary


The days of training in the R&D center are fleeting, and there are joys and sorrows in this period; some gains have also found their own shortcomings, learned the knowledge that can't be learned in books, and learned the process of R&D. After a series of trainings in the R&D department, I feel a lot. The training is summarized as follows:

First, the introduction of typical products and basic functions

Before the training, I was very vague about the concept of electronic energy meter. I only know that the energy meter is a billing tool. Through the training of Yingong and self-study for a few days, I learned some basic terms and basic principles of the meter industry, understood its basic functions, and re-consolidated the theoretical knowledge once, laying the foundation for entering the electric energy meter industry. However, through the theoretical examination, I found that there are still many shortcomings in this respect: there is no deep understanding of the principle of the electric energy meter; the function of refining the electric energy meter is not seriously studied. I was given an alarm by passing the exam, and I had to learn the knowledge slowly to digest it.

Second, the introduction of commonly used devices

The device plays a very important role in the development of the hardware. I think I have more contacts in the university, so I thought it should be easy to understand at first. In the training of Chengong, I got a basic understanding of the company's ic chips, current transformers, transformers, liquid crystals, temperature sensitive, pressure sensitive and other devices, and know the method of searching for devices used in the company. It can be said that common sense devices. I have learned that I have also studied these devices seriously. If there is anything I don’t understand, I would like to ask Chen Gong, and Chen Gong is also very enthusiastic to answer. After the device is finished, I will sort out the test paper again. I think the shortcoming is that the device naming rules and the device types of various manufacturers are not clarified. For the lack of places, I want to pay attention to the future when I touch the device, and check the corresponding documents in time for the devices that I don't understand.

Third, the national standards involved in the industry

For each industry, there are rules and national standards. The quality of a product is determined by these standards. The company also specially trained us. In the course of the training, because the standard is boring and difficult to understand, I didn’t understand it very well. I didn’t know how to look at the standard when I was self-study. I just used the pen to record some key points on my notebook. This method also reminds me of this. Some knowledge points have an overview of the standard. This standard test is an open-book exam. It is relatively simple compared to other exams, but the theory guides practice. In the future work, I will review the standards.

Fourth, file system training

Through the file system training, the company's file system has a certain understanding, and formed a perfect file system concept. Familiar with a class of details to eight categories of details, know how to find the information you need from the details. The company's products, software naming, and abbreviation have been memorized in detail. The file system has also been tested.
