As the squad leader, it plays a vital role in the squadron's work. What the troops want to carry out, the squad leader should complete it without a high standard of discounts. After the work arrangement of the mobile phone was not well implemented, it was only the soldiers in the assembly class who verbally conveyed the spirit of the leadership meeting. Second, the management of the class is insensitive, the old man is seriously thought, leading to this problem, the squad leader claims to be the mother of the military, this so-called "mother" is not only concerned about taking care of their own soldiers, but more importantly, educating themselves Warrior. Third, the mind is lax and lax, and the sense of responsibility is not strong. After the start of the training rotation, the number of squadrons decreased, the value of the duty package decreased, and the management of the soldiers began to relax. If you encounter problems, you will not talk about it, and you will not be as strict as you used to. From the beginning, I began to discount the work of the superiors. During this period, I took a mentality to let myself relax and let the soldiers relax. How can such a mentality not happen? Looking back, I thought that I had been embarrassed during this time. I didn’t have a management clue. I didn’t have a working idea. I lived a small life that belongs to me. It seems that I’m out of the squadron’s trajectory and swayed to the margins. The sense of responsibility is drastically declining. I think that I am really a leader of the squadron. I left the trust of the leadership aside and ignored my own self-righteousness, which led to the inevitable problem. If I continue this way, the problem will happen one after another in my class.

I decided to return to the management of the squadron, and carefully control the work of the superiors. At the same time, I will strengthen my sense of responsibility in political education, further strengthen the management and understanding of the personnel in the class, and do a good job of smudging.
