First of all, I have to make a profound review of the mistakes I have made. This is a huge mistake in my work attitude. From the non-rigorous completion of work training, it shows how relaxed I am to myself. I must know how much responsibility a mine rescue team engaged in rescue work shoulders, but I completely forgot it at the time.

I also did some analysis on the cause of this error. First of all, I have not been able to understand the true meaning of the militarized management of the unit. Secondly, my ideological style is relatively lax. I have not been able to strictly demand myself for a long time. The third is that my individualism has always existed. The popular point is that it is a sloppy, Can not strictly follow the command.

The above three reasons are the main reason why I made this mistake. Through this deep reflection, I have fully inspired. But there is a reality that people are unwilling to accept mistakes. It takes a lot of courage to face mistakes and positively correct mistakes. After this mistake, my mood has not been good. Afterwards, I went back and re-educated 100 force testers as required. Fortunately, I have made up my mind to correct my shortcomings. I am not a coward, and I will not admit that I am a coward. I will not back down in the face of mistakes. I will actively face it and try to correct it.

In the future, I will actively take some corresponding measures to correct my mistakes according to the reasons for the mistakes. I also hope that my colleagues will supervise me so that I can better overcome the shortcomings and enable me to get a job in the rescue work. Better grades.
