Proposal for community residents

Dear Uncle, Auntie:
Hello!
Recently, I discovered a serious problem: Whenever I walked in the streets of the community, I always saw some residents throwing rubbish anywhere, throwing them outside and ignoring them, and went safely. Sometimes people throw garbage into the lawn or under the tree and then escape. Sometimes, people walk around with their own pets. After the animals urinate and urinate, the owner not only does not clean up, but also does not change. What is even more exasperating is that some people actually throw garbage from the upper floor. The garbage is not only in the trash can, but also the "sky girl", so that the garbage "flyes" everywhere in the street. When you get there, things will get worse.
The serious consequence of the garbage being not recycled is that the garbage that is not recycled occupies a large amount of farmland, and the garbage stays in the natural environment for a long time: cigarette butts, wool fabrics for 1 to 5 years; orange peel for 2 years; cans 80 - 1XX years Plastic 100 - 2XX years; glass 10XX years.
Garbage is a complex mixture. In the process of transportation and open air, organic matter decomposes to produce malodor, and releases a large amount of pollutants such as ammonia and sulfide to the atmosphere, including more than 100 kinds of objects, and many of these emissions contain carcinogenic and teratogenic substances. Garbage not only contains pathogenic microorganisms, but also provides food, habitat and breeding ground for rats, birds and mosquitoes. It is also the source of infectious diseases.
I think these uncivilized phenomena are caused by the laziness, troubles and social morality of the residents. In order to make my community clean and beautiful, I propose:
1. Write a slogan next to the trash can;
2. When you are slipping a pet, bring a toilet paper or plastic bag and throw it into the trash can;
3. Strengthen environmental protection propaganda and form good habits;
4. Do not litter and still classify the garbage.
