Liu XX v. Zhang XX sale and purchase contract dispute case, accepted by the XXX People's Court, case number: XX Chu Zi No. 39, originally scheduled to open on August 30, 2019. The commissioned agent has worked hard to coordinate and, after consultation between the two parties, reached the following pre-trial settlement agreement:

1. Both parties agreed to cancel the contract for the sale and purchase of the house signed by the two parties on May 23, 2019.

2. Party A will refund Party B's prepayment of RMB 15,0000.00 to Party B.

3. After Party B has collected the above funds, it will withdraw all claims and property preservation applications from the court. After Party B withdraws the lawsuit, Party A shall bear all the lawsuit fees charged by the people's court on the case. Party B will no longer make any claims to Party A regarding the claims involved in the case.

4. This Agreement shall be in quadruplicate. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall be effective upon signature by the above parties.

In view of:

1. Both Party A and Party B were dissatisfied with the case of the contract dispute of [201] Minchuzi No.1 Construction Project made by the People's Court of Banan District, Chongqing Municipality, and all of them filed a protest as a protestant;

2. In the process of protesting, Party A and Party B intentionally settled all the creditor-debtor relationships between the two parties.

To this end, both parties have reached the following terms on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, in order to comply with:

1. Both parties unanimously agree that Party B shall pay RMB 10,000 to Party A in one lump sum, and Party A shall voluntarily waive the amount of compensation as determined by the judgment of the first instance; at this point, all the debts and debts of both parties shall be settled, and Party A shall not request Party B from any other cause or Advocate any other fees.

2. The two parties unanimously agree that the litigation fees and other expenses incurred in the first instance shall be borne by Party A, and the reduction of the protest fees shall be handled and undertaken by itself.

5. The parties confirm that the dispute arising from the contract is in compliance with this Agreement. The settlement agreement is made in two copies, each party holds one copy. After the signature and seal of both parties, the confirmed payment is effective when the payment is completed, and the effectiveness is equal.

Part 3: Settlement Agreement

For the traffic accidents that occurred on the XX road section on XX XX of XXXX, the two parties reached an agreement on the following:

1.
