Article 9: During the performance of the contract, Party B shall be responsible for all the water and electricity expenses and other taxes and fees generated by Party B, and Party A shall not be responsible.

Article 10: Matters not covered in this contract may be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, and a supplementary agreement may be concluded by mutual agreement between Party A and Party B.
