2. After the parties have signed this contract and signed the pre-sale contract for commercial housing, the judicial authorities and administrative organs shall restrict the real estate rights of the house according to law.

Article 8 In any of the following circumstances, if Party B refuses to sign a commercial house pre-sale contract, Party A shall double return the deposit paid by Party B:
