Vehicle Traffic Safety Management Responsibility

In accordance with the spirit of the national, provincial and municipal archives, in order to further strengthen the standardized management of vehicles, clarify the responsibility of vehicle safety management and prevent the occurrence of vehicle traffic safety accidents. The following letter of responsibility is signed.

Leadership responsibility:

1. Supervise and inspect the vehicle management and use of the competent department.

2. It is strictly forbidden to drive a car for private use. If you need to drive your own bus because of special circumstances, you can ask the Secretary for approval. Otherwise, if you have a traffic accident, I assume all responsibility.

3. In accordance with the principle of “who is in charge and who is responsible”, it has direct leadership responsibility for the vehicle safety of the competent department.

Department leadership responsibility:

1. Strengthen the education and management of drivers, and do a good job in the safety, maintenance, management and use of vehicles.

2. It is strictly forbidden to drive a car for private use. If you need to drive your own bus because of special circumstances, you can ask the competent leader for approval. Otherwise, I will bear all responsibility for traffic accidents.

3. The department head is the first person responsible for vehicle safety. If there is a serious traffic safety accident due to unfavorable supervision and management, the dismissal shall be given.

Driver responsibility:

1. After receiving the notice from the department leader, the driver must get out of the car on time and strictly abide by the road traffic regulations and safe operating procedures.

2. If the driver of the quasi-driver uses the vehicle without authorization or violates the “Ten Unacceptable” system of the vehicle driving, the driver shall bear all the responsibilities and cancel the driving position.

3. The quasi-driver must strengthen the daily maintenance and maintenance of the vehicle and keep the inside and outside of the vehicle clean at all times. If the vehicle fails, the driver must promptly report to the department leader and timely repair to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.

4. If an accident occurs during the driving process, the driver must solve the problem according to the relevant national policies and regulations.

This letter of responsibility is in triplicate and takes effect from the date of signature.
