Periodic gift contract

Party A voluntarily provides to Party B on a regular basis and has reached the following gift agreement with Party B.

The first Party B’s gift from Party A shall only be used for and shall not be used for other purposes.

Article 2 Party A shall donate RMB to each party at no cost to Party B twice a year.

Article 3 The aforementioned gifts shall be fixed from the date of the year to the end of the year.

Article 4 If the contract is executed during the period of death, it may inherit the status of the recipient.

Article 5 Party A has the right to supervise Party B's use of the gifts received. If Party B improperly uses Party A, Party A has the right to request Party B to make corrections.

Article 6 If Party B is negligent, Party A has the right to revoke this contract.

Article 7 This contract is made in two copies, and each of Party A and Party B shall hold one copy.
