Article 8 Dispute Resolution: The disputes arising during the performance of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties; if the negotiation fails, the following ____ methods shall be resolved:

1. The content of the donation agreement for private schools shall be in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Property Law of the People's Republic of China, the Donation Law for Public Welfare, and the Contract Law. Therefore, before signing a donation agreement, both parties must understand these laws and regulations to avoid the existence of provisions in the agreement that are contrary to laws and regulations.

2. The donation target must be owned by the donor or the property that the donor has the right to handle. Donors cannot donate property that they do not belong to or that they do not have the right to donate to private schools. Otherwise, they constitute acts that infringe on the rights and interests of others. The target of donating wax can be either money or currency; it can be movable or real estate. In order to clarify the property rights and deal with the transfer of property rights, the organizers of private schools use the donated property to set up the school. In addition to submitting the donation agreement to the examination and approval authority, they should also provide a valid proof of the property rights of the donated property, indicating that the property is indeed donated. All of them, donors are willing or have used the property for the establishment of private schools.

3. If the transfer of ownership of the donated property requires the relevant department to handle the relevant formalities, it shall be stated in the agreement. For example, if a donor donates a school building, it will need to go through the formalities of transfer of ownership of the house to the housing management department. If there is no formalities, the donation has no legal effect.

4. Private schools can set up funds to accept donated property and receive supervision in accordance with relevant laws and administrative regulations. Private schools can name the school buildings or other educational facilities and living facilities in accordance with the legal name and name of the donor. If the donors make special contributions to the development of private schools, the private schools that implement higher education shall be approved by the education administrative department of the State Council in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the state. Other private schools shall be administered by the education administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or labor and social security. The administrative department may approve the name of the donor according to the conditions stipulated by the state.
