Regular gift contract

The donor ______, the recipient ______, the parties conclude a contract on the periodic gift matters as follows:

Article 1 Party A provides Party B's guardianship and parenting subsidy for the child's ________. At the end of June and the end of December each year, the RMB is _____ yuan.

Article 2 The period of the first article is a regular gift period, starting from June 30 of ______ to the age of Party C.

Article 3 Party B and Party B may revoke this contract if they have a clear behavior in accordance with the relevant penalties for criminal punishment.
