Real estate gift contract

The donor ___________, the recipient ________ both parties concluded the following gift contract:

Article 1 Party A shall donate all its real estate to Party B in accordance with the following provisions.

Article 2 Party A shall register and transfer the real estate transfer registration with Party B on the _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Article 3 The transfer of the preceding article is delivered to Party B under the current conditions. From the date of signing to the date of _________ years ___ ______, Party B may continue to be the lessor of the real estate building.

Party A shall deliver the aforementioned lease agreement to Party B.

Article 4 After Party B is granted real estate, Party B shall be responsible for raising the husband and wife of Party A.

However, Party B shall pay the rent of ___________ from the rent of the real estate lease to Party A before the month.

However, when one of the husbands and wives of the party is ill, or when the party B is born, the parties may re-negotiate the agreement of the aforementioned proviso.

Article 5 Party B may restore this contract if one of the following circumstances occurs: Party B cannot fulfill the aforementioned maintenance obligations.

A serious crime was committed against Party A.

Article 6 If Party B is subject to a contract of restoration for any of the preceding articles, Party B shall not transfer the immovable property and shall immediately return it to Party A.

Article 7 If the real property mentioned in Article 2 is damaged before the registration or delivery date, the gift of the real estate building shall be restored, and only the land use right shall be donated.

Party B may not pay the maintenance fee in the fourth article.
