Article 2 Party A's responsibilities and obligations

2. Provide graphic materials for advertisements such as invitations and conference websites.

Article 3 Party B's rights, responsibilities and obligations

2. Party B is the sponsor of the sponsor's series of promotional activities, and has the right to use the sponsorship funds provided by Party A to ensure the smooth implementation of this activity. At the same time, as the organizer of this exhibition, it has the responsibility and obligation to fully satisfy this. The rights and interests of Party A in the first article of the agreement ensure the effectiveness of publicity. And accept the supervision of Party A and the organizer.

Article 4 This Agreement shall be in duplicate, and each of Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall enter into force on the date of signature by both parties.
