Measurement and Control Professional Internship Report

After three years of university study, most people still have very little knowledge of the profession. They are entangled around the measurement and control technology and instruments. At the end of the second year of the second year, the college organized a one-week trainee for us, but because of the knowledge learned at that time. This professional knowledge is not much, and what you see is difficult to connect with the major. It is always awkward for many students in this profession.

This summer, the college originally organized us to go to Shanghai for an internship, but due to the sudden atypical epidemic, the overall plan had to be re-established. After the efforts of the college, Shunde was chosen as our internship base.

What is measurement and control technology and instruments? What kind of work is this profession suitable for? What is the future of this major? With these questions, we participated in this production internship.

The production internship was led by three teachers, Cha Xiaochun, Huang Aihua and Li Wei. The measurement and control major consisted of four classes and 150 people participated in the internship. On June 30, I went to Shunde and lived in Shunde Daliang City Middle School.

It was an exciting thing to come to a strange place for the first time in three years. The middle school we live in is very good. Because it is a middle school and it is a summer vacation, it is very quiet. It is a good place to study. I just want to carry out my own network engineer project by the internship, so that time can be drained.

The internship is scheduled for three weeks, but due to unexpected things, the journey was shortened to two weeks, and the production internship was four weeks in the teaching program, so the remaining two weeks must be under Semester back!

Two weeks of production internship, we have been to Shen Ling Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., Shun Te Electric Co., Ltd., Midea Dishwashing Company, Liansu Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangdong Kenli Machinery Co., Ltd., Shunde Kewei Electronics Co., Ltd. Large-scale factories such as Guangdong Forging Tool Machine Factory, to understand the production situation of these factories, various knowledge related to this profession, the work situation of workers in various factories, and so on. For the first time, I personally experienced the knowledge and practical application. The sensor was applied in air-conditioning equipment, the electronic technology was applied in the electronics industry, the precision machinery manufacturing was applied in machine manufacturing, and so on. Combine, let us open our eyes. It is also a preliminary review of the knowledge I have learned before! This production internship is really beneficial for us to study and find a job in the future. In just two weeks, let us initially let rationality return to a perceptual re-recognition, and let us first understand this society. The direction of grasping is also inspired!

Shunde is a beautiful place. The transportation route here is very convenient. Perhaps this is why Shunde has always maintained the top of the top 100 counties in the country! Of course, there are reasons for the soundness of the system and whether social security is perfect! Here is also our first social society. The beginning, towards a beautiful and cruel future, I have always believed in my ability, even if the road of life is like Shunde's well-connected highway, but there is only one direction, that is, advance, never give up, never back down!
