The second thing is the "emotional storm" between me and the students. Among the students' impressions, perhaps our volunteers are talented and promising young people, and they are idols in their hearts. I have a very good relationship with the students I have taken. They regard me as a big brother, like to be with me, and always behave very happy. But I slowly realized that my approach was wrong, because after all, we can't bring them long-lasting happiness. What we have to do is to try to guide them to the future in the past two weeks. The captain said: "People are animals with emotions. Its excellence lies in being able to grasp its own sensibility and rationality." I have always been a more emotional person. When dealing with students, I started. It was not very good. After a period of thinking and summing up, I learned the lessons carefully and corrected the mistakes.
