Shigang is the largest production base of high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy structural steel in the country, with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons of timber.

(II) Steelmaking process: In the face of scarcity of resources and energy, Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has invested a large amount of funds to transform the steel manufacturing process since the “Ninth Five-Year Plan”, and to treat the emissions harmlessly and resourcefully. At present, Shigang's comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel is 72 kilograms lower than the national average. Through the recycling of emissions, it has won an environmental benefit of 140 million yuan per year.

In order to reduce the loss of resources and energy, Shigang has invested heavily in the formation and improvement of the short-process production line of “raw material-sintering-ironmaking-converter steelmaking-lf refining-vd finishing steel”, forming “steel making, refining and continuous casting”. The continuous four-in-one process, continuous casting ratio, continuous rolling ratio reached 100%, 80% or more. In the optimization process, Shigang has eliminated 24 square meters of small sintering machine, 150 cubic meters of small blast furnace, 60 tons of pit-type converter and other high energy consumption, heavy pollution, low efficiency technical equipment, and added 50 tons of top and bottom composite Blowing converters, continuous automatic rolling mills, and updating more than 90% of technical equipment. In addition, Shigang also actively adopts a number of energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies such as blast furnace concentrated phase conveying and blowing coal powder, iron-making dry cloth dust removal, automatic steel making and continuous casting steel, which greatly reduces the resource consumption level. Through the intensification of production processes and the elimination of outdated equipment, Shigang has improved resource utilization. Shigang has invested in environmental protection funds and fundamentally controlled pollutant emissions. Shigang combines environmental treatment with waste-free and resource-recycling treatment to achieve comprehensive utilization of water, gas and slag resources, and transforms “three wastes” into “three treasures”: using water quality stabilization and “zero” emission technologies, The process circulating water system was reformed to make the water recycling rate of the whole company reach over 94%, the compliance rate of wastewater treatment and the compliance rate of discharged wastewater reached 100%, and the consumption of new water per ton of steel was 3.8 cubic meters, which is higher than the national average steel consumption per ton. The water consumption is 9.9 cubic meters; the recovery rate of converter gas and blast furnace gas is increased to maximize the production. At present, the recovery rate of blast furnace gas is 100%, and the recovery of converter gas of ton steel is more than 80 cubic meters. The building materials and iron slag are all sold to the cement plant and used as cement raw materials. The steel slag produced by steel making is used as raw material for colored pavement bricks and steel slag bricks. Through the resource treatment of the emissions, the output of Shigang Steel increased, but the dust emissions decreased, and all the pollutants reached the standard discharge.

Insufficient stone steel: In the construction of the third rolling steel production line, it is not closely combined with the converter steelmaking, which causes the steel ingot to be heated again to enter the rolling mill for rolling, resulting in waste of resources.

Power plant internship

The power plant is one of the main auxiliary production units of Shigang. Mainly responsible for the management of the electricity, oxygen, wind supply and communication telephones required for the company's production. Internship experience
