First, lead the undergraduate group teachers to do a good job in regular, preparatory, lecture, supplementary and other regular teaching work, and take each class well.
The information class is a relatively new discipline, but its status is increasingly important. For students, although it is not the main subject, it is better than the main subject. In today's society, the application of computers is so extensive that learning a computer is not a new illiterate. Therefore, for the teachers of the Information Technology Section, the task on the shoulders is very heavy. Therefore, this semester, I will try my best to take up the responsibility of preparing the team leader, and lead the undergraduate team teachers to do a good job in regular, preparatory, lecture, supplementary and other regular teaching work, and take each class well. This is our first task.
Second, lead the undergraduate group teachers to seriously study the teaching materials, explore teaching methods as a new discipline, information technology courses compared with other disciplines, the information used for lesson preparation and teaching and research is almost blank. The development of information technology is so fast, the content of textbooks often cannot keep up with the development of information technology, let alone the teaching and research materials of information technology teaching . This requires us to seriously study the teaching materials and find a practical teaching method.
Third, tap the top students, do a good job in training, and do a good job in training students competition.
After the initial investigation, we found a lot of students who have a strong interest in information technology and certain strengths. In order to cultivate students who are interested and special in this aspect, and further improve the information technology and operational ability of students, we will select a group of top students from this group of students, set up computer interest groups, and strengthen their information technology. Training. At the same time, further training of the original first-class second-class students will be carried out to further improve their information technology application level, laying a good foundation for further improving the overall information technology level of our students.
In addition, this semester has a very important competition - the 9th National Youth Informatics Olympiad. In the past, the results of our students' competitions were not satisfactory. This year, we will select a few outstanding students from the hobby group members, do a good job in training, and strive to achieve better results in this competition, glory for urban secondary schools.
Fourth, actively train teachers to further improve teachers' computer application level and operational ability.
Most of the teachers in our school have passed the Guangdong Provincial Computer Intermediate Level Examination. Some teachers have already participated in the Guangdong Computer Advanced Level Examination. Many teachers have already produced their own multimedia courseware. The level of computer application is still relatively high, but there are some. The computer level of the elderly teachers has not yet reached the standard. In addition, many newly graduated teachers have entered this semester. These teachers have no experience in information technology and subject integration because they have not been systematically trained. Therefore, another important task of this semester is to carry out teacher-level computer training. This is an important part of our school's information management.
5. Do a good job in the revision of the campus website and the development of the campus software.
The design of the first edition of the school campus website has received wide acclaim. After more than a year of operation, the first version of the design is increasingly unable to meet our needs. To this end, we plan to revisit the campus website during the semester. And develop a series of software applications that are compatible with the school's teaching management work, and further enhance the level of information application of our school.
Sixth, the number of computers in the school's hardware maintenance school has reached more than 200, and the maintenance work has also increased a lot. Especially two computer rooms, because of the heavy tasks on the computer, the computer has more problems. However, as the main maintenance management person in charge of the whole school computer, I will do my best to do the maintenance and management work to ensure the normal operation of the computer, thus ensuring the smooth progress of teaching and school work.
7. Cooperate with other teachers and departments of the school to conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by the school.
