Year-end personal summary of the 2019 financial budget

Quite counted, I have been in the company for nearly a year, and one year has passed quickly. During this year, I successfully completed various projects with the care and help of leaders and colleagues. Now It has been integrated into the big family of the company and has further improved its ideological consciousness. The year-end work summary of this year has the following items:

First, attitude determines everything, serious, serious, and serious. It can be said that the process of work this year is also the process of constantly adjusting and maturing my own mentality. At first, because I didn't really like this industry, I suspect that I am not suitable for this job. Later, I found out that time is my savior. Through my constant efforts, I adjust my mindset, and everything that looks complicated will become simple and easy. The budget is an important part of every project. It needs to be serious and responsible, fair and just, with a correct attitude and clear mind. I am trying my best to make these points and let me take a step towards the excellent cost personnel. If we can do the most mundane work with full passion and enthusiasm, we can become the best employees, have a positive attitude, and have a lifetime of success.

Second, there is no end to learning. A career is only a continuation of the student's career. It is a matter of learning and being old.

Third, dare to find problems and solve problems. Budget is a relatively boring job, and it is also a work of excellence. Therefore, we must think hard about it, dare to ask new questions, and then explore and read the information to solve the problem. In the process, we will enjoy it. Will charge yourself and increase your professional knowledge. Of course, with the deepening of the work, design innovation, and more new knowledge waiting for me to learn, think, and strive to achieve daily progress, and constantly improve their professional knowledge.

Fourth, lack of experience. I work hard. In this year, although I have done a lot of projects, but in these projects, I think that there is no impeccable budget, I can always find problems, because I rarely go to the construction site, many things just sit. Imagine in the office, it is very easy to make mistakes, so I will consciously enhance my knowledge in this field in the next year's work. When I am not busy, I will go to the construction site to see the actual construction program, and truly achieve the theory and practice. Do your work well.

Fifth, learn to be tolerant, not arrogant. I always want to understand in my heart, I don't like what is always on my mouth, but I find that I am wrong, there are some things that must be said, and can be solved by saying it. Whether I was at work or in life, I began to learn to be tolerant and started to be less sloppy. I found that I was more happy than before and felt that life was more meaningful. My good friend once said to me like this: "The arrogance on your body is too heavy. It is appropriate to hide your arrogance, your domineering." Although I have never felt it, I have always been very concerned about life and work, and I have been consciously restraining myself. I have been changing and striving for perfection.

Sixth, a harmonious big family. My unit, Yitai Cost Consulting Co., has a small number of employees, but it is younger. Everyone is very easy to get along with. The laughter in the intense work is really a harmonious family. I like it.

Seventh , work and rest. The workload is heavy and the rest is less. We are taking a rest every Sunday. I want to suggest here, I can choose to rest, or take a day off every week. The difference is that you can not rest on Sunday, one week is enough. In six days, employees can decide according to their own situation, and they can combine work and rest. This can also improve work efficiency and improve work quality. It also reflects the humanized management of the company's caring employees.

The above is my summary of my own work and life and my advice to the company since the beginning of the year.
