First of all, through the introduction of Luo Zong, I learned that our Liuan sales office mainly consists of six business offices, including Jinzhai, Huoqiu, Shouxian, Shucheng, Fengtai and Huoshan. Currently, we cultivate more mature markets. It is Jinzhai, Huoqiu and Shouxian. For Shucheng, Fengtai and Huoshan, it is the market that needs further development. For each business department, there is one industry responsible. I am very honored to be able to come to the Lu’an sales office, because this is a team with high morale, unity and a glorious record. Last month, our sales office got the first banner of sales in East China. Achievements, I think every member of the sales office has worked hard for this. Every business person here is an example worthy of my admiration and study. Some of them have done business for more than ten years, some of them and my age. Similar, but they continue to create good results in their ordinary work, which makes me suddenly discover that there is a person behind their success, that is, Manager Luo, strong under the command of no weak soldiers, Lu’an sales office, this The team was brought out by Manager Luo. They were able to unite and work hard to achieve the same goal. This is due to the leadership of General Luo. Luo said: "The team I brought, in the past we were soil. Eight roads, one shot for another place, playing guerrilla warfare, now we have to change to the regular army, we must remember that we are a team." Therefore, I am very happy and honored to be able to come to the sales office of Lu'an and get to know the team led by Mr. Luo. I hope that I can integrate into this team as soon as possible and fight with everyone.   

Secondly, through the summary of Luo’s sales in July, I deeply realized that the importance of the summary of the work meeting, through such a work summary meeting, can timely discover the shortcomings of our work and the problems that arise, in July, though We ended up successfully fulfilling the sales target, but this is not enough, because we are the sales office of Lu'an, we are the sales benchmark of the entire East China, we have higher requirements for ourselves, we must constantly surpass ourselves, in each All aspects must play a leading role in vanguard. Regarding the achievements, Luo was not complacent. However, Luo had no mercy on the problems that occurred. For every problem that occurred in the salesman, Mr. Luo criticized and corrected them one by one, hoping that they would soon be able to solve the problems as soon as possible. Implementation and implementation of the implementation, for each company's meeting spirit, Luo always seriously conveyed, such as the company's new 50 projects, while Luo is talking and asking each salesman to talk about their own understanding, so that two-way Communication, in order to understand the deviations, Luo always corrects, and finally allows each business person to truly understand the spirit of the company, so as to effectively implement and communicate the company's policy guidelines, which makes me realize that as a leader, You must first pay attention to communication, a good communication, which can improve the ability of employees to use information, so that work efficiency can be improved.

Once again, Mr. Luo made a clear division of labor and arrangement for the August work plan.

1. For August, Mr. Luo set the sales volume of each market in August according to the sales situation of each market in the past three years and the current sales tasks, and asked each salesperson to tell the sales volume and confirm his sales. Tasks, formulate a reward and punishment system, wait until the end of the month to see the achievement of each person's sales performance, and then carry out a work summary, for the internal requirements of the task to complete the unqualified and disciplinary violations, in accordance with the reward and punishment system, the fines are used to reward And funding for activities. Establish a good reward and punishment mechanism within the team to supervise and motivate employees to work well.



2. For the proposal in August, Mr. Luo conveyed the message. For the company's promotion in August, Mr. Luo asked each salesman to carefully implement and do the details, for example, the issue of promotional gifts, what is the case And how much money to send gifts, what type of what to send, must be specific, can not be sold at the reserve price when the promotion, return the gift but never return cash, if directly to the customer cash, then this will only let us the future sales road It is getting harder to go. This makes me realize that in the process of sales, we must stabilize the price of the market to ensure the profit distribution of each link, thus extending the life of our products in the market to create greater benefits.

3. According to the needs of the work and the regularization of team management, Mr. Luo requires that each salesman must be equipped with a notebook. Now the hardware facilities have been basically put in place. Next, Mr. Luo asks each salesperson to carefully study and utilize the computer. In the future, I hope to be able to conduct video conferences and complete the entry and statistics of customer data. I have already completed the partition construction line and market perspective table, so as to better serve our work. This makes me realize that this is a team that is constantly learning and growing. They will not stop. For higher goals, they are constantly surpassing themselves and learning while growing. This makes me feel deeply There is a long way to go. We don't have any superiority compared to them. I must sink my heart and study hard in such a good team.
