As the project came to an end, our factory was gradually transferred from operation to operation, and the work was also undergoing transformation. I was assigned to the central control room. In the face of new work and new environment, I actively adjusted my mentality and working methods. While accumulating experience through daily work, I also actively participated in various trainings to improve my technical standards.
