Looking back at the work of this semester, I can't help but think of a song "Running in the wind is the direction, chasing the power of tears and lightning, putting the vast ocean into my chest, even if the small sail can sail." During the semester, I saw that our "flowers" can grow up healthy and happy, and I am still relishing it at this moment!

At the beginning of the school, I developed my development goals for my work during the semester. Although I have some personal changes in my semester, I have always believed that if the body allows it, I will stick to the end! And I realized it and did it.

As the saying goes, "learning is endless", only in the constant charging of teaching, can the new concept be passed to the students in the first time. This semester I used the spare time to learn some instruments such as clarinet, harmonica and so on. I plan to open an instrumental lesson in the 7th grade in the next semester, so that students can fully enjoy the fun while enjoying the real skills in the music class, let them experience the music and feel the infinite charm of the music!

Maybe it's because of my lively and casual personality. I especially like the students I teach, especially the children of the new classes in this semester. I am often innocent, cute, and weird. The idea is impressed. Sometimes, I feel that singing, jumping, and playing with them every day is a real enjoyment!

During this semester, they played and sang in my music class, and put their musical talent to the limit. I will provide them with a space to fully express themselves , let their thinking become active, and they will move. Looking at their creative whimsy, I can't help but be moved.

The study of traditional teaching methods is a compulsory course in the university era, and the real understanding in teaching practice is another matter. In the teaching, it is only theoretically "Orff", "Kodai", "heuristic" and "model law". It will only bind its own ideas to a certain range, which is passive. How is it better? In a word, "No tricks to win!" is to learn the length of others, to make up for their own shortness; to grow their own strength, to dare to innovate. The best way to solve your problem is to be responsive, and the full-fledged economy is no match for your wonderful ideas in teaching practice. I remember once, I was in class 3 in 7 years. Everyone seems to be not very interested in the content of this class. The students are positive and outstanding in the "small ring game" in the last few points of the class. I took the opportunity to let the students prepare their favorite songs in concert in the next class and received good results.

I remember that in the music class just started, the content of the study was the Uyghur folk song <<Youth Dance.>> Because everyone is very familiar with the melody of this song, it will be sung twice, when you see everyone. When the interest is not very strong, I will make a move and start to let them and the teacher move with the music, while playing the rhythm, singing, let the children fully experience the dynamics of the music, including a boy with a strong sense of music and expressiveness. I was surprised by surprise. He suddenly raised his hand. I thought he had something to call him. He stood up and said to me very seriously: "Hey teacher, I used to watch you dance at the school opening ceremony." The dance is very good. Can I invite you to dance with me for a Xinjiang dance?" I was shocked, surprised and happy. The accident was that the child was so concerned about the teacher. I am happy. I danced with my students on the podium. At this moment, the excitement of the whole class was aroused. The applause resounded throughout the classroom, pushing the whole class to a climax, the music sounded, and the applause was accompanied. There are laughter and cheers together... After the tacit cooperation between me and this classmate, I attracted the classmates’ applause. Looking at the children’s haha, dancing and dancing, I found that I am the world at the moment. The happiest person. But in my eyes, their "dance" is the best, and the singing is the most touching. Their eyes that look like crescent are the most expressive, and their input is the most lovely.

In terms of teacher ethics, at the beginning of the semester, I set a goal. Through a semester of work, I made myself understand the concept of ethics and become a teacher with good ethics. In the specific study, I felt what it is. "The teacher's table", what is "all for the students, for the students of everything." I still remember entering the first day of the eighty-seventh, remembering the one that went to the podium. In the face of the students' eyes, I suddenly became confused and didn't know how to treat them. Later, I slowly explored and felt the cuteness of the children. I found that the teacher’s words and deeds directly affect the students. Then every move, speech, behavior, dress, etc. of our teachers may have a great impact on the children around them. The impact will even change their destiny. So I realized that teachers must not only have a profound knowledge to do the foundation, but more importantly, have a love, be kind to every child, and respect each child.

In terms of activities, in the sixth grade, under the initiative of Director Zhang Su, I started a song before class with Mr. Guo Li, and conducted the game assessment at the end of each month. The sixth grade classes attached great importance to this event. They can often hear their sweet songs.

Looking back at the work of this semester, I can say that I have come through the temptation and the exercise in the constant experiment. Although my body has changed, this does not open the distance between me and the children, but there is no Affecting my work, I did not delay a class and insisted on the end of the semester. Because children's love and obsession with music lessons make me have no reason not to prepare for each lesson and carefully arrange each link so that they can really feel happy and learn from music, even if it is only a little bit, I I think this is enough!
