How to introduce yourself

1. Self- awareness

If you want to be clear, you must first recognize yourself and you must understand the following three questions. What are you doing now? What are you going to do in the future? What did you do in the past?

These three questions are not in chronological order from the past to the present and the future, but from now to the future to the past. The mystery lies in: If you are hired, the employer chooses you now, and he wants to use you in the future, and this will be based on your history and current situation.

So, the first question, what are you doing? What are you doing now? To answer this question, the main point is: You are yourself, not someone else. Unless you distinguish yourself from others and emphasize differences on the basis of commonality, you will never be able to win among the many applicants. For this first question, the deeper the self- reflection, the more successful the self- identification.

Then, proceed to answer the second question: What are you going to do in the future? If you are applying for a significant job, the employer must be very concerned about your self- design for the future. Your answer should be specific, reasonable, and in line with your current identity, with a more chic style.

Then, start to answer the last question: What did you do in the past? Of course, your past has been reflected in your resume. When you answer this question again during the interview, the important thing to remember is not to shake off a past that has nothing to do with your future. If you are completely diverted in the middle, you should work harder to describe the consistency of your persistence and career goals. To do this, and to be faithful to the facts and yourself, the easiest way is to find the connection points between the past and the future, collect the past information, and then arrange according to the target.

In this way, with the present as the starting point, the future as the goal, and the past as the confirmation, the most important thing is to deepen your self- analysis and understanding. In fact, there is no chance or necessary to copy your masterpiece during the interview, but the intrinsic point of contact between the three questions will be reflected in the overall feeling of self- expression, making your image come alive.

2, vote for its good

Once you understand your strengths, you can begin to prepare your own self- introduction: including work patterns, strengths, skills, outstanding achievements, professional knowledge, academic background, and so on.

The benefits are numerous, but only a minute, so everything is still relevant to the company. If it is a computer company, you should talk about the topic of computers; if it is a financial and financial company, you can talk to him about money, and in short, vote for it.

But one thing to keep in mind: where the topic goes, you must highlight your contribution to the company, such as increasing turnover, reducing costs, and exploring new markets.

3, the arrangement order

The order of the content is also extremely important. Whether it can capture the attention of the audience is all about the way the event is arranged. So in the top position, it should be what you most want him to remember. These things are generally your favorite. At the same time, some related works or records may be added to increase the print score.
