Motivational article: To be stressful

Have you heard of the Lan Bo Ge theorem? The Lanberger Theorem says that the superior should know how to create the necessary sense of crisis for the employees. Pressure and power are a contradiction. Not all pressure can be turned into power. Pressure becomes power, and a condition and process of transformation is needed, that is, the pressure bearer has the ability to withstand pressure. Without this condition, the pressure can only be inertial. Therefore, in the face of pressure, we must actively change ourselves and enrich ourselves so that we can correctly guide various pressures and become the driving force for our advancement.

The Lanberger theorem was proposed by American banker Luis B. Lumberg, and his implication is to “create the necessary sense of crisis for employees”, meaning that there is no motivation without pressure, and the pressure is only for those who can withstand it. It will be turned into power. As the saying goes, "There is no pressure and no oil in the well, and people are not under pressure." There are always pressures on the officers. Sometimes, the pressure is like the top of the mountain, but the officers will always turn the pressure into motivation. For a successful person, the greater the pressure, the greater the power. But the pressure is only motivated by those who can bear it.

As the saying goes, "There is no pressure in the well, no oil, no pressure is as light as gray." There is always pressure for a person to do what he or she should do. Sometimes, the pressure is like the top of Mount Tai. But the person who will be the officer will always turn the pressure into motivation. For a successful person, the greater the pressure, the greater the motivation.

There is such a story. One day, a farmer’s scorpion accidentally fell into a dry well. The farmer racked his brains to find a way to rescue the scorpion. But after a few hours passed, the scorpion still painfully mourned in the well.

Finally, the farmer decided to give up. So he invited the neighbors to help him bury the scorpion in the well, and he was relieved of its pain.

The farmer’s neighbors had a shovel and began to shovel the mud into the dry well. When the nephew learned about his situation, he began to cry very miserable. Surprisingly, after a while, the donkey was quiet. The farmer curiously probed to look at the bottom of the well, and the sight that appeared in front of him surprised him. What happened? When the dirt they slid into the well fell on the back of the scorpion, the reaction of the scorpion was amazing - it shook the dirt aside and then stood on the shovel into the dirt pile! In this way, the scorpion shakes all the soil that everyone shovel on it to the bottom of the well, and then stands up. Soon, the scorpion rose to the wellhead, and then ran away in the expression of surprise!

Just like the situation of the scorpion, in the journey of life, sometimes we will inevitably fall into the "dry well", will be dumped on us by all kinds of "sand", and the secret of wanting to get out of these "dry wells" That is: shake off the "sand" and then stand up!

As mentioned earlier, I might as well emphasize it again: pressure and power are contradictory, not all pressure can be turned into motivation. Pressure becomes power and requires a condition of transformation, that is, the pressure bearer has the ability to withstand stress. If there is no such condition, the pressure can only be inertial. Therefore, in the face of pressure, we must actively change ourselves and enrich ourselves so that we can correctly guide various pressures and become the real driving force for our progress.

There are so many bloggers on our blog that there is absolutely no pressure for anyone who does the work. The key is whether you are brave enough to face the pressure and resolutely fight. If everyone can accept the actual education of the nephew that was said before, then your pressure will be solved. And further turned into power. With a solid motivation, what else can you not do, or do you not do well? Therefore, I suggest that everyone come to practice this Lanbaige theorem.
