Be a hard worker

Once, at a party I attended, the host asked a little boy: What kind of person do you want to grow up with? The children look at our entrepreneurs and then say: be an entrepreneur. The people present suddenly smiled and raised their hands. I also clap my hands, but I don't feel comfortable. I think, how much does this child know about the company? Is he because he wants to be an entrepreneur in front of us? Is he influenced by an adult, thinking that entrepreneurs are rich, all are rich people? Do you want to be an entrepreneur?

All of this is of course a mystery. But no matter what, as a person's life ambition, I think it doesn't matter what it is; no matter who it is, the most important thing is to be a person who is determined to be an effort since childhood.

When I was a child, I was asked the same question. My answer was nothing more than a teacher, a PLA, and a scientist. Time flies for more than 20 years, and the children of that year are now adults in their early forties. But think about it carefully, the ambition that I had expressed in front of the adults in the past, the actual one has not been realized. The same is true of the others around me. Some want to be teachers, but later become self-employed; some who want to be the People's Liberation Army have actually become prisoners. When I was in college, I had two classmates. They are now talented people in China's electronics industry. One is the CEO of the Konka Group, and the other is the TCL Group. Three of us unexpectedly became the operators of China's color TV backbone enterprises, but when we graduated from college, no matter how much imagination, we dare not think that it will become what it is now in ten years. Everything is what we do in our struggles and we work hard step by step. Rather than saying that we are ideal people, it is better to say that we are people who have been working hard.

It’s not that we don’t pay attention to ideals, but because the trees are ambitious and easy to work for, and life is like this since ancient times. Who would have thought that today, more than a decade ago, I was a man who was jealous in the streets and was guilty of survival? At that time, I had nothing, and my future was awkward. I really don’t know where the road is. However, I am not disheartened and disappointed. In retrospect, it is my will character that supports me through this rough period. When many people think that I can't do it, I can't do it. I still work hard to get up from the ground. I firmly believe that life is like Maradona. I often get a goal when I am going down. Vital. This is exactly the case. Just when the “recovery of mountains and heavy waters has no way”, the collapse of a Hong Kong company gave me the opportunity to make a comeback, so that I can cooperate with British scientific and technical personnel who master the latest technology in the world to develop technologically advanced color TVs. Some people say that "effort" and "owning" are two landscapes of life and one right. But I think that the most beautiful and inferior scenery in life should be hard work. Effort is a state of mind in life and a feeling of love for life. Effort is the mother of possession and possession is the son of hard work. One-minded efforts can be described as a road to Rome, just want to get the road to be forced, the world is narrow. Therefore, instead of stipulating what kind of person you must become, and what you get, it is better to hone yourself as a hard worker. The ambition is higher, there is no effort, and the ambition is hard to adhere to; there is no ambitious goal, because of hard work, we will finally find the direction of struggle. Being a hard worker can be said to be the most practical goal of life and the greatest realm of life.

Many people are too utilitarian because they set their goals too high, because they are difficult to succeed and become gray-faced, and finally disappointed. The reason is often because people pay too much attention to possession and neglect to make an effort. For today's children, if we only pay attention to what kind of characters they should be in the future, and do not put the quality of will as a goal of being a human being, in the end we can only cultivate people who are narrow, selfish, fragile and not very high. Regrettably, we have not done well in this regard.
