Everyone came to New Oriental from Hong Kong. In the past month, we have been accompanying us. We not only have our instructors, but also our colleagues at work, as well as our clients or students. I think sometimes we can see that there is light around us - our instructors come to help us, they help us because they think we will be the light of the future; we help our customers or students, we help them Because we believe that they will be the light of the future; we help each other with our colleagues at work, and we give each other strength, because we hope that we can be the light of the other side. If a person has more light and light, that is, he is more able to help others, and the world will be filled with more ideas, ideas and ideas, and ultimately the world will be real. As we are chasing, it becomes better, more peaceful, and more intriguing.

I always think that the internship is too important for the overall development of a college student, not to mention that everyone came to Beijing from Hong Kong and came to New Oriental. Today, just one month after the internship, I saw more confidence from everyone’s face, feeling more gratitude, and reading more growth. It is very important for a person to grow up and develop to find his own light. In the search for light, I think the following four points should be understood, understood, and practiced.

First, find opportunities important, but grasping opportunities is more important.

Opportunities are everywhere in life, but not everyone can find opportunities. Just like this internship to the mainland, I believe that it is not that all Hong Kong university students can find opportunities for internships in the Mainland. So after the internship in New Oriental, we have ten students, each of whom has an opportunity to work as an intern, but after this opportunity is owned, do we grasp the opportunity ourselves? What degree have we grasped this opportunity? The opportunity itself, what changes have we made ourselves? So, in a sense, grasping opportunities is more important than finding opportunities.

On the road of our lives, there are indeed many people who often can't find the opportunities that others have discovered. When we find that there are many opportunities, the key question we have to ask is is this opportunity to seize it ourselves? Sometimes a small casual inadvertent Opportunities, others have seized, grasped, and done wonderfully. At the same time, through this wonderful opportunity, they have experienced their ability, improved their self-confidence, enhanced their talents, and increased their strong self-confidence. There are more opportunities to do bigger things at a higher level, and at this time, you can find more opportunities and you can seize more opportunities.

For example, let's go hiking. If mountain climbing is an opportunity, then the motivation for climbing a mountain is a judgment angle of how to grasp the opportunity. Some people say that I climbed to the top of the mountain to insert a flag. Others said that I climbed to the top of the mountain to let more people see themselves. But a truly intelligent person will say that I have to climb to the top of the mountain to challenge myself. After I climb to the top of the mountain, I want to see a bigger world. The second point is that finding the problem is important, but solving the problem is more important.

The true meaning of living is to make the world a better place. In this way, there must be a lot of imperfections around us, that is to say, there are many problems around us. In other words, because there is a problem, it is easy to find the problem. We will see a lot of rubbish on the roadside, which can be seen by ordinary people, just look at it with your eyes. But will you bend over and pick up the garbage and throw it into the trash can instead of complaining that it is really dirty, how it is rubbish, and the average person may not be able to do it. It is easy to find garbage, but it is more difficult to eliminate garbage.

In fact, when you always complain, when you complain, in the end, you find that you become the garbage in the language, the garbage in people’s eyes, the garbage that others hate, and you become the eyes of others. "problem". Therefore, I often tell my colleagues in New Oriental that no one wants to hear someone yell at you. Even if you face your closest lover, you hope that he/she can give you more confidence and give you more. The light gives you more positive energy. The most important thing about a good team is whether we can not only find the problem, but also the most important thing is to solve the problem. It is easy to find the problem and solve the problem. Therefore, it is important to find the problem, but it is more important to solve the problem.

Later we will find that the biggest difference between those who succeed and those who are unsuccessful is that those who are unsuccessful always complain, only know how to complain, only complain; those who succeed are always working with others. Trust others and seek solutions. Therefore, we came to New Oriental, a company with talents as its core competitiveness. I especially believe in the wisdom of all of our classmates. The third point is to change yourself, but it is sometimes more important to influence others.

Jiangshan is easy to change, and its nature is difficult to move. This saying goes that it is very difficult for people to change themselves, but what many people tend to ignore is that this saying goes "difficult" to change, and does not say "can't" change, let alone the "nature" it says is difficult. change. Some people say that it is difficult to change themselves. In fact, I have never thought so. From the perspective of people's growth, it is very easy to change themselves. For example, if you are hungry, you are too hungry, you must change, and say that I have to eat. Then, after eating, do you not change your status? For example, this dress seems to be a bit unfashionable. It is necessary to put on a more beautiful dress. Today, a summary sharing meeting, each classmates will smug themselves and make themselves the light of today's gathering. In a sense, isn't that changing themselves? Of course matter It is easy to change oneself on the level, and it is not difficult to change oneself on the spiritual level. Let's start by changing things by doing specific things and things that can be deconstructed on the physical level. So, remember: don't think of changing yourself as a big deal.

I often hear a lot of people say, "Mr. Chen, it is too difficult for me to change myself." I said, "No, it is not difficult at all." As long as you love life, love life, know how to love, you are changing, and you will change.

I just chatted with my daughter, and I talked for about thirty or forty minutes. Later, she said, "Dad, go home." Before I went to sleep, my daughter suddenly said to me: "Dad, do you know who is the happiest?" Sometimes a person is very annoyed, why don't you worry about meeting someone? In fact, there are very few such scenes between my daughter and I rarely get the daughter's active "kiss". Because I am busy with work, often not at home, my daughter and I are very far away. But the "kiss" that night made me suddenly think that on this dark night, I really was a light. That "kiss" is changing me and affecting me. When I change, that is, when my energy affecting others changes.

So when I walked into this venue, I just wanted to say something to everyone. When I saw you, I knew the answer. I want to say: "Can you find the light that belongs to us?" I was You are infected, changed by you, influenced by you. To change yourself is to adjust your brightness. If you want to influence others, you have to have more light. Therefore, I want to tell everyone that we change ourselves, but it is more important to influence others. You can think about how we can change our status better and faster, and then we can influence more people faster and faster.

The fourth point is to help yourself, but helping others is more important.

What is it to help yourself? The popular example is that when we are hungry, we take things with ourselves to help ourselves; what is helping ourselves? It’s cold, we add some clothes to ourselves, which is also called helping ourselves. We are helping ourselves every day, everyone will think for themselves, and it’s justified, it’s no problem to understand.

Do we help ourselves to help others? Think about helping others and helping others to cross the border? Many times, we will find that helping others is actually helping ourselves.

This time we have a lot of instructors in the internship. On the surface, they are helping you, but what I believe more is that they help them and help them understand how to communicate and talk with students from Hong Kong. How to communicate and talk with students who may be internship in the future, how to communicate and talk with new employees after 90 years, how to make yourself more confident in front of a new colleague. I believe that this is also the process of helping them. So, on the surface, they helped you, and in essence they helped themselves. And when everyone can help themselves more often, he suddenly discovers that he is not helping the cause of his service? Isn't he helping customers and students in the current organization?

I also want to say that there is no doubt that we certainly have to help ourselves. Why don't you help yourself and make yourself better? Of course, here, I want to be more eager for everyone: Can we help others more? After returning to Hong Kong from New Oriental, we will return to our students. After the middle, I especially hope that everyone can share the experience of internship work in New Oriental with more students; can share one of our experiences and lessons with larger groups; we can also harvest our harvest in New Oriental.
