Company training management method
1.0 purpose
In order to strengthen the standardized management of employee training, improve the overall quality of the company's workforce, and combine the structural status and business characteristics of our employees, this management method is formulated.
2.0 Scope This method applies to all employees of the company.
3.0 responsibilities
3.1 The Department of Integrated Affairs is the centralized management department for employee training, and is responsible for the preparation and organization of the company's employee training program.
3.2 All relevant departments provide staff training needs plans, and do a good job of supporting and coordinating work.
3.3 Those who participate in the external training, after the completion of the training, go to the General Affairs Department to handle the training summary registration procedures.
4.0 work content
4.1 Training purposes, objects, types, forms and methods
4.1.1 The purpose of training is to continuously improve the quality and ability of employees, meet the personal development of the company and employees, adapt to the needs of market competition, improve work efficiency, and establish a good corporate image. Organizations must be organized to conduct various trainings.
4.1.2 Training Objects Any employee who signs a labor contract with the company, regardless of whether the newly hired employee or the incumbent employee is the subject of training.
4.1.3 Training types include pre-job training, on-the-job training and professional training
a. Pre-job training: Pre-employment training for new and transferred employees to acquire the necessary post knowledge and skills.
b. On-the-job training: According to the expansion of the company's scale, technical and environmental changes, training of knowledge and skills update for all employees at all levels.
c. Professional training: Train the company's existing professional and technical personnel and middle and senior management personnel to improve their professional skills and management skills.
4.1.4 Training forms include off-production, semi-production and non-official training.
4.1.5 Training methods mainly include the following methods:
a. The company organizes itself, hires external experts, scholars or internal professional technical management personnel to hold special knowledge lectures;
b. Employees use their spare time to participate in professional titles or academic education;
c. According to the needs of business development, the company has plans to send employees to participate in various professional skills training courses;
d. Hold various training courses or postgraduate classes in the form of joint education with universities and research institutes;
e. Have a plan to select business backbones or middle-level management cadres to go abroad for study, study, and study training.
4.2 Training organization and management
4.2.1 Planning and implementation of training
a. The annual training plan is generally proposed by each department at the end of the previous year, and is compiled by the Human Resources Department and reported to the company's management team for approval.
b. All departments shall be responsible for the implementation of the staff training work of the department according to the arrangement and requirements of the company's training plan.
4.2.2 Pre-employment training for new employees The newly recruited production personnel must generally be placed in the post after passing the training and examination, and the unqualified persons will be eliminated once and dismissed. The training period is based on work needs and is generally 56-240 hours.
4.2.3 Training in the staff's industrial surplus
a. The company encourages employees to use their spare time to participate in learning and training, but does not affect the staff as a principle.
b. Anyone who works in the company for one year and meets the conditions for applying for the exam can apply for various adult colleges and technical secondary schools that match their work positions.
c. Anyone who has worked in the company for two years and meets the requirements for entry can apply for a postgraduate or graduate student.
4.2.4 Unified training The higher-level department requires the organization to participate in the unified arrangement of training, which must be reported to the Human Resources Department for filing, and its time and expenses are arranged and burdened by the company.
4.2.5 Out-of-train training personnel who are sent to the provinces, foreign relevant units and schools for training must be the backbone of the company's business or middle and senior management. Personnel sent to study abroad for training must meet the following conditions:
a, the company's business backbone, or the company's middle and senior management;
b. Work in the company for one year or more, and the year-end test is rated as excellent;
c. Have a college degree or above and have a certain foreign language foundation;
d, good health, decent style.
4.2.6 Training Approval Program When an employee needs to participate in a certain training, he/she must go through the relevant procedures and follow the following procedures:
a, individual written application → department manager agree → comprehensive affairs department review → general manager approval → apply for registration.
b. The application form shall specify the training content, training time, training fee, and off-production, and submit the training brief and the application approval documents to the General Affairs Department for the record.
4.3 Training and training holidays during training, cost processing
4.3.1 During the training period, the treatment during the training period shall be handled according to the relevant salary and welfare benefits of the company. The treatment of overseas study personnel shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state policies.
4.3.2 Training holidays and expenses Processing training holidays and expenses shall be handled separately as follows:
a. Employees should take pre-examination training and should study in their spare time. If they take up working hours, they will be treated according to the leave, except for the examination time. The training and examination fees are paid by the trained employees.
b. Employees receive academic education. In principle, they should focus on amateur learning. If they really need to go out of school, they should sign the service period and compensation agreement with the company after approval by the general manager. Otherwise, they should apply for resignation.
c. Employees who participate in the following undergraduate education of undergraduate degree shall be self-care by the trained employees, and the department deputy manager shall be approved by the general manager for reimbursement.
d. For the graduate students, after obtaining the diploma and degree certificate, the company will reimburse 50% of the tuition fee. If the diploma or degree certificate is not obtained, the tuition fee used shall be paid by the trained staff;
e. The higher authorities require organizations to participate in and pre-job training organized by the company. The expenses of various professional and technical trainings are the responsibility of the company. However, the trained employee himself was absent from school due to personal reasons. If he did not take the test, he could not obtain the certificate. The cost of the training was taken care of by the trained employees.
4.4 Assessment and feedback of training results
4.4.1 Training As a strategic and long-term investment of the company, the relationship between training costs and benefits must be considered. Therefore, after training, employees must conduct assessments or submit a study summary.
4.4.2 At the end of each training course or individual participation in the expiration of the study period, it is necessary to report the results or written materials to the General Affairs Department.
4.2.3 Post-employment training is determined by the General Affairs Department and the business department, and reported to the management team for approval.
4.5 Minimum service period and compensation provisions
4.5.1 All employees who are employed and trained by the company must serve the company for a certain period of time. The specific standards are as follows: or in accordance with the labor contract signed by both parties: the minimum number of years of service training and the five graduates with paid distribution Years of various academic qualifications for five years of professional knowledge, business skills and related knowledge training, accumulated over 3 months of all kinds of professional knowledge, business skills and related knowledge training for three years, the cumulative time is 1-3 months year
4.5.2 Service years From the time of work after the end of training, the number of years of service should be accumulated for various trainings.
4.5.3 All employees who are sent to overseas training by the company must sign a service agreement with the company before leaving the country.
4.5.4 In a labor contract cycle, the cost of participating in the training exceeds RMB 10,000, and the service period is increased by one year for each additional RMB 3,000. Training fees refer to comprehensive fees.
4.5.5 If the employee labor contract expires and the service period is not full, and the labor contract is not renewed after the agreement between the two parties, the employee must leave the company after compensation for the training fee according to the service period agreement. 5.0 Supplementary Provisions
5.1 These measures are interpreted and revised by the Department of Integrated Affairs.
5.2 If these measures are inconsistent with the relevant provisions of national policies, laws and regulations, the national regulations shall prevail; if there are any conflicts with the previous relevant provisions of the company, the provisions of these Measures shall prevail.
5.3 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
