1. The project equipment is managed by a special person and the responsibility system is implemented. The front-line teachers are users of the project equipment, and they must do their utmost to manage and use the equipment.

2. Fill in the Equipment Register in accordance with the “Mode 2” sub-label to establish equipment installation, use and maintenance files. Record the usage status on the Resource Equipment Use Registration Form.

Third, the user's operation must comply with the technical requirements of the relevant equipment, in accordance with the relevant safety regulations and rules of use, and must not disassemble the various equipment and report the failure to the technical personnel in a timely manner.

Fourth, do daily maintenance and record, so that the project equipment is in good condition at all times to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Ensure good grounding, pay attention to lightning protection, dust, moisture, anti-theft and regular maintenance of electrical equipment.

5. The project equipment shall serve the target specified by the project and can only be used to receive, download, browse educational resources, broadcast educational programs, and provide services for education and teaching, and may not be used for other purposes.

6. No school or individual may lend, transfer or sell the project equipment under any pretext, and shall not be allowed to be misappropriated by individuals.

7. Establish a compensation system for losses. Responsible persons must be held liable for property damage caused by poor management or improper use. Damaged equipment must be restored as soon as possible.
