Employee dress code management regulations


The first one is to establish and maintain a good social image of the company and further standardize management. The employees of the company should dress according to the requirements of this regulation.

The second employee should pay attention to grooming during working hours. The overall requirements are: decent, generous and tidy.

The third male staff's dressing requirements: shirts and ties in the summer; when wearing shirts, do not roll up sleeves or cufflinks; wear a company logo when wearing a suit. No shoes other than leather shoes are allowed.

Article 4 Female staff members are not allowed to wear denim, sportswear, miniskirts, low-cut shirts or other unsightly costumes, and wear flesh-colored stockings.

Article 5 Female employees must wear the company logo when they go to work; male staff members are required to wear the company logo when wearing a suit. The company logo should be worn in the appropriate position on the left chest.

Article 6 The staff of the department deputy manager or above must have a suit in the office so that they can be worn when going out for activities or important business negotiations.

Article 7 Employees should pay attention to grooming their hair when they go to work. Male staff can't make ears, and generally don't allow beards; female staff go to work to promote light makeup, gold and silver or other accessories should be worn properly.

Article 8 If an employee violates these regulations, he shall be fined 50 yuan each time except for the notification of criticism; if he violates three consecutive times in a month, he shall deduct the bonus for the current month.

Article 9 The responsible persons of all departments and lines shall conscientiously cooperate with and urge their employees to abide by these regulations. In the case of a cumulative number of employees who violated this regulation in more than three times in January or 20% of the total number of employees in the department, the person in charge shall also be fined 100 yuan.
