1. 2. 6. 8. The CPPCC members shall promptly and accurately respond to the questionnaires issued by the CPPCC Office and the relevant special committees or the relevant information requested. 9. Guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of CPPCC members. Members and standing committee members who have been unable to participate in the activities of the CPPCC for a long time due to loss of representation or other special reasons for work changes shall be adjusted according to the prescribed procedures. If the CPPCC members are adjusted or rescinded, they shall notify the members and their units in advance and follow the procedures prescribed by the CPPCC charter.
