Three Guarantees Service Department Cost Management Measures

One. Compensation standard.

The salary of the three-pack service department consists of basic salary + post salary + performance salary. For the full-time employees of the month, they can enjoy the company's full attendance award. Overtime pay is issued according to the labor law standard for overtime work or out-of-service for national statutory holidays.

1. Basic wage. According to the company's regulations, basic wages are issued on a monthly basis. The specific criteria are: department heads/months, and other staff members/months.

2. Wage jobs. The salary standards for each post are: department head/month, market service dispatching yuan/month, market attendant - yuan/month, file manager yuan/month. The post salary for each market attendant is determined by the service department and the human resources department according to the actual service capacity and the work content of the work, and then reported to the deputy general manager for approval. The post salary is issued according to the “P” value of the employee's work quality assessment index for the month. When P≥0.8, the full post salary is issued. When 0.7≤P<0.8, 85% of the post salary is issued. When 0.6≤P<0.7, 70% is issued. The salary of the post is 60% of the post salary when 0.5 ≤ P < 0.6, and the post salary of the current month is deducted when P < 0.5. The “P” value shall be reported to the deputy general manager for approval after being evaluated by the department in charge according to the “Evaluation Method for Work Quality Assessment Standards”.

3. Performance pay. The three-package service department shall strictly control the net loss of the three-package service. The company shall assess the net loss rate of the three-package service once a quarter. If the net loss of the three-package is within the control range, the performance salary shall be paid to the employees of the three-pack service department. The standard is implemented in accordance with the “Three Guarantees Service Loss Assessment Measures”. If the net loss of the Three Guarantees exceeds the control standard, the performance salary will not be paid to the employees of the Three Guarantees Service Department.

two. Service travel expenses.

All personnel out-of-service services are reimbursed according to the company system, and are implemented in accordance with the following supplementary standards.

1. Living allowance. For those who go out to serve in ordinary areas, they will be reimbursed for living allowances of 30 yuan/day, and special economic zones will be reimbursed for living allowances of 40 yuan/day.

2. City transportation fee. For the long-term host service, the city's transportation subsidy will be reimbursed at 10 yuan/day, and the emergency service will not be reimbursed for transportation subsidies. After arriving in the target city, a taxi will be taken, and other city traffic will be reimbursed for the public utility fee.

3. telephone fee. For the long-term host service, the reimbursement of the telephone fee of 300 yuan/month, and the emergency service shall be reimbursed for the telephone fee of 10 yuan/day.

4. Service urgently send shipping costs. According to the company's regulations, the valid bills are reimbursed or reimbursed according to the standard of reporting.

three. Office expenses.

1. Daily office supplies expenses are reimbursed according to company standards. The postage fee generated by the business needs is reported to the deputy general manager for approval and then reimbursed.

2. Service department business entertainment. Due to the business entertainment expenses incurred by the user, the service department shall pay 200 yuan/month for the expenses, and shall be reimbursed according to the company's regulations after being approved by the deputy general manager.

3. Office phone bill. The mobile phone fee of the person in charge of the service department is officially reimbursed by valid bills every month. The market service dispatch is reimbursed for mobile phone charges at 3 yuan/day, and the service hotline landline and fax machine telephone charges are actually reported.

four. User visits or service claims negotiation business research fees.

It shall be approved by the service department before use, and shall be used after being approved by the deputy general manager, and shall be reported in the standard core with valid bills.
