All formal employee recruitment and recruitment of the company shall be handled in accordance with this method.
Article 1 Principle of employment

Article 2 Employment application program
1. According to the business development, work needs and personnel use status, the department that has the employment demand fills in the “Application Form for Employment”, puts forward the requirements of the employer, and submits it to the General Administration for approval.
2. The general manager's application for reviewing employment, if the requirements of the application department are in line with the company's recent development strategy and objective reality, then agree, if it does not meet the relevant circumstances, the application department shall coordinate the solution through other channels, or the staff shall be deployed by the administrative personnel department.
3. The General Manager Office will submit the “Application Form for Employment” that has signed the opinion to the Administrative Personnel Department to formulate a recruitment plan.
Article 3 Recruitment and Selection Program
1. Post recruitment information. According to the employment requirements, the administrative personnel department issues recruitment information through the notice sheet and bulletin board within the head office. At the same time, job advertisements are posted through the Internet, newspapers or other channels.
3. Applicants must complete the “Application Form for Jobs” and provide supporting documents such as academic qualifications, degrees, and professional titles.
4. The administrative personnel department arranges written examinations and preliminary interviews according to the situation. The specific content is determined according to the position requirements and company culture.
5. The administrative personnel department arranges the interviewer of the employer department and the candidate to conduct an interview, and the corresponding employer conducts a comprehensive assessment to form an assessment opinion.
Article 4 In-service employees must be able to participate in the application for other positions after the expiration of the trial period. If the company has not worked for one year, it must be approved by the department head, and can participate in the application. If the company has worked for more than one year, it can directly Participate in the application, but must obey the organization's arrangements.
Article 6 All relevant files, forms, original score records and other relevant information shall be kept in the administrative personnel department for inspection.
