Looking back on the history of joining the party, in accordance with the requirements of the party members in the "Party Constitution", in accordance with the requirements of "two musts", "eight perseverances, eight oppositions" and "ten models", I believe that they are completely "in action". There is still a big gap between the party members and the qualified party members who "completely join the party in their thinking." The current self-analysis is as follows:

First, the main problems

In terms of ideals and beliefs, we have not really established a firm communist ideal and belief, and have insufficient understanding of the long-term and arduous nature of realizing the common ideal until the highest ideal. The understanding of the guiding position of the important thinking of the "three represents" in organizational work is not clear enough. The practice of the important thinking of the "Three Represents" is not strong enough. The understanding of the scientific outlook on development and the correct outlook on political achievements is not profound enough. It lacks the sense of responsibility and political insight that it deserves. It does not pay enough attention to the major policies and decisions of the country. There is an idea that "there is nothing to do with yourself and hangs high", and some bad speeches are not stopped in time.

In terms of the concept of purpose, it is not possible to firmly establish the consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly. There are many problems of considering personal interests and consciously fulfilling the obligations of party members. They always think about what they should get, and rarely think of themselves as a party member. What to do for the party organization, the lack of awareness for the grassroots and serving the people, is manifested in the phenomenon of sometimes coping with and shirking when receiving visiting party members and the public, and only asking them to end petitions or go to other departments as soon as possible. I did not really think about what the people think and the urgency of the people, and solve problems for them.

There is a lack of solidity in the style of work. First, the work style is not practical enough, there is an eagerness to seek progress, and there is a phenomenon of bargaining by chance when accepting the work assigned by the leader. After receiving the task, sometimes the first thing that comes to mind is how to complete it as soon as possible, instead of how to do the best. Especially since May last year, the office was understaffed, especially when the task was heavy and stressful. There were ideas for coping with the demands of the customs, resulting in lack of patience and irritability in the work, and in the government service and affairs service work. When there is a hot and cold phenomenon, there are sometimes problems in the logistics service work that the attitude is not good enough, the work is not detailed enough, and the level is not high enough. Second, the awareness of innovation is not strong enough, and there is little research on relevant business knowledge. There is no time to strictly demand itself with high standards. Not fully exerting the initiative and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the office colleagues, limited to the leadership to arrange what to do, sometimes there is a "more than one less thing" mentality, the new ideas generated only stay in a state of heart and no action. Third, the style of hard work is not enough. Sometimes there are big and big problems in the work, and the duties of the financial supervision that the leadership handed over are not well fulfilled. For example, the work expenses of the previous year were over-extended, and the office last year The total price of the renovation project is also more than 80,000 yuan than the original budget. Fourth, the style of criticism and self-criticism is not enough. When interacting with other comrades and friends, there is a thought of "a group of harmony." Sometimes there are different opinions on some things, and they do not publish themselves. They do not make any mistakes or negative words or deeds. Adding to it, and not wanting to have a positive conflict with others, these seemingly do their best to do a good job of unity. In essence, there are old people's thoughts, and they dare not carry out normal criticism and self-criticism.

Second, the main reason for the problem

Political study is not deep enough, and theoretical cultivation is not at home. First, there is no theoretical study in an important position. There is a one-sidedness in learning. I think that the major that I like to study is computer technology. The study of party and government theory is not my own specialty, and the theoretical study is boring. I am not interested in theoretical research, and I have no hard work to learn. Second, there is an idea of ​​doing school on the ground. I believe that I have been working in the important departments of party committees such as the district committee office and the district committee organization department since I joined the work. I work with the theory every day. The work process is equal to the learning process, and I don’t have time to systematically study theory and research theory. Have a lazy mind. Third, the depth of learning theory is not enough. Learning theory only stays at the level of understanding the meaning of the surface, is satisfied with remembering several important theories and a few sentences, lacks systematic and regular in-depth study, fails to grasp the scientific system and the essence of the theory, so that he is thinking One-sidedness in methods and working methods.

Relaxed the transformation of the world view. With the improvement of living conditions, individualism, hedonism, and petty bourgeoisie have also grown. I have not worked hard on the fundamental issue of establishing a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. Sometimes I will enjoy life when I am alive. Psychology. The concept of the concept and the sense of the overall situation are not reflected in the work. In the practice of work, the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly is not well practiced. There are not many times to go to the grassroots level and go to the community. I don’t seriously think about what the people are anxious and what they want. What to think and what to expect.

Reduce the standard of self-request. I believe that I have been working in the agency for more than ten years. I am familiar with the operating procedures of the organization. I already have a certain ability to work and think about problems. So I relaxed my demands on myself, and my desire to continue learning and continue to improve is not strong enough. I don’t know much about the difficulties in organizing work and service tasks, heavy responsibilities, stress, and short time. I don’t have enough mental preparations to keep up with the development of the situation. Sometimes I have a sloppy mentality, which leads to big mistakes. Small mistakes often occur. In addition, there is no attention to accumulation, and the policies and archives of all aspects are not fully and accurately grasped. When problems are encountered, they are rushing to find information and seeking solutions. They have not taken the initiative to study new problems under the new situation. In terms of government service, what do leaders have to do, do not take the initiative to consider more support for leadership decision-making, participate in research activities, and sometimes only stay at the level of superficial articles, and do not really study the root of the problem. And the solution.

Third, future rectification measures and efforts

Strengthen theoretical study and strengthen the transformation of the world view. Strengthen the study of political theory, and unremittingly study and understand the scientific system of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, learn to master the spiritual essence of the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and resolutely implement the principles and policies of the party and the state. Seriously study the "Party Constitution" and have a deeper understanding and understanding of the nature and purpose of the party. Re-arming your mind with a scientific outlook on development and a correct outlook on political achievements, improving your political acumen and political discernment, truly joining the party in your mind, fully embodying the advanced nature of party members in words and deeds. It is necessary to make real efforts in linking theory with practice and guiding practice, constantly improving the effect of theoretical study, and realizing the unification of theory and practice.

Further enhance the sense of purpose and the overall concept. Firmly establish the idea of ​​serving the people wholeheartedly, enter the community, be close to the people, care about the people's lives, solve the people's hardships, and truly implement the purpose of serving the people into practical actions. Resolutely overcome the problem of the indifference of the overall concept in the past, correctly handle the relationship between personal interests and collective interests, and consciously obey and serve the overall situation.

Improve work style and improve work standards. It is necessary to solve the outstanding problems existing in the ideological and work work, to improve the work style and working style of the work, to improve the work efficiency, to resolutely overcome the shortcomings of self-satisfaction and self-sufficiency, and actively participate in the construction of the "five types" of the district organs. The activities of the organs set up the image of a fair and honest organization. Go deep into the grassroots level and learn from the cadres of the front line of work, truly understand the people's feelings and be familiar with the people's livelihood.
