Employment contract

This employment contract is concluded by __ and __.

Under this contract, the employer will employ an employee and the employee agrees to be employed by the employer to provide services and perform obligations for the work specified below.

A. Obligations and Responsibilities: The parties to the contract agree that the employee will be employed to perform __ work and perform the following duties.

L. Termination of contract: This contract may be terminated in accordance with the following provisions:

1. For no reason: one party shall notify the other party in writing __ days in advance; or
2. For some reason: after the failure of the foreman or his agent's manpower mediation dispute, one party shall notify the other party in writing __ days in advance.
When the contract is terminated for any reason, the employer shall pay the salary before the employee contract is dissolved and purchase the one-way ticket for the employee to return to the place of employment.
Any of the following forms constitutes a contract termination reason:

M. Settlement of Disputes:

Resentment and mediation

All complaints and disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved as follows:

1. Employees must report to their administrators about all complaints or disputes arising from employment, and if the administrator is absent, report the employer directly;

2. If the administrator can't solve the problem immediately, the administrator should write the complaint or dispute as a written material, and at the same time write the contract paragraph, law or rules and regulations that are violated. Managers should resolve complaints or disputes within five days or write reasons why they believe they have not violated the rules.

3. If the first and second steps above cannot resolve the complaint or dispute, the employee may be the captain or the agent's agent.

During the period of resentment or dispute resolution, the employment relationship between the employer and the employee exists, except for the temporary approval of the foreman, the agent of the foreman or the special investigator of the government.

N. Remittances and other obligations: Employees must remit and pay all taxes to their families as required by the government of the country of origin.

O. Indivisible Agreement: The above provisions constitute the only and indivisible agreement between the parties to this contract, which will supersede any other written, oral and other forms of agreement.
