Highway engineering construction supervision contract agreement

Subsidiary Archives A - Form, Scope and Content of Supervision Services Archives B - Supervision Work Conditions Provided by Owners Archives C - Fees for Supervision Services and Payment of Other Subsidiary Files III. The Owner hereby agrees to comply with the provisions of this Supervisory Contract. The time limit and method, pay the supervision unit the fees payable according to the supervision contract and provide the supervision work conditions.
4. The supervision unit shall, based on the above-mentioned guarantees of the owner, promise to the owner to perform the supervision service in accordance with the provisions of this supervision contract.
5.
