V. Rejection criteria: Take a sample as a sample, and the large sample must conform to the sample, otherwise it will be used as a rejection criterion.

VI. Quantity: The number of entrusted bidding is box, delivered in the form of total transaction, the delivery period is one week, and the delivery box is every other day. If the specific quantity increases or decreases, the actual amount of delivery will be settled. If the total delivery volume exceeds 50%, Party B shall be given reasonable stocking time.

7. Bidding method: Party A shall determine the form of clear or dark mark.

8. Results of winning the bid: Party A shall determine and notify Party B.

9. Delivery place and time: The delivery place of the goods is Minrun Fresh Food Distribution Center. From the month of 2002 to the day of the month. Fruits are served from 5 am to 7:30 every morning. Vegetables will be accepted from 5 pm to 11 pm. The handling fee is at the eligibility of Party B.

X. Settlement method: The first batch of goods will be settled fifteen days after arrival, and one week is a settlement period. After Party B obtains the warehousing acceptance form, it will deliver a copy to Party A. Party A will pay the money from Minrun Company and pay it to Party B on time.

XI. Collection, use and return of the guarantee: In order to ensure that the bidder strictly enforces the contract, Party A will collect the bidding deposit from the bidder. If the bidder defaults during the transaction, Party A will detain the deposit in part or in full according to the degree of default, and the deducted part will be handed over to Minrun Company for compensation. If the transaction is carried out normally, Party A will return all the deposits within one working day after confirming that both parties have cleared the goods and funds. If Party B fails to win the bid, the deposit will be returned within one working day after the end of the bidding.

XII. Responsibilities: Party A must urge Party B to deliver on time and assist Party B to keep a copy of the warehousing acceptance form, and check with the Finance Department of Minrun Company in time to supervise Minrun Company to pay the payment on time. The quality of the goods in the whole transaction process is determined by Minrun Company and Party B. Party A is not responsible for the quality of the goods and the consequences of the quality of the goods.

XIII. Tendering agency fee: Each time Party A collects the bidding agency fee of 0.2% of the total contract amount from the winning bidder, and deducts it from the total amount of the payment at each settlement.

XIV. Other matters: This contract will automatically take effect after Party A has notified Party B to win the bid. If the bid is not won, the contract will be automatically invalidated. Other unfinished matters will be resolved by mutual agreement. This contract is made in two copies, one for each of Party A and Party B.
