In view of Party A's participation in the bidding of the _________ project, Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and agrees to provide Party B with a bid guarantee to _________ in a guaranteed manner. Party A and Party B have entered into this contract by consensus.

First definition

The bid security referred to in this contract refers to the guarantee of the bidder to the bidder. When Party A fails to fulfill the bidder's obligations in accordance with the bidding documents, Party B shall assume the responsibility of guarantee.

Article 2 Guaranteed scope and guaranteed amount

2.1 The scope guaranteed by Party B is the actual loss caused by Party A's failure to perform the bidder's obligations in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.

Party B shall assume the guarantee responsibility in the following circumstances of Party A:

Article 3 Guaranteed Way and Guarantee Period

Article 7 Party B's right of recovery

Party A shall also pay Party B's interest and penalty interest for the same period from the date of Party B's compensation. Article 8 Other rights and obligations of both parties

Article 11: Entry into force, change and dissolution of the contract
