1. Party A's duties

Go through the project approval procedures with the relevant state departments.

Party A is responsible for providing Party B with the background information of the bidding project, the project approval file and the technical materials and drawings necessary for the project bidding.

Party A is responsible for providing Party B with proof of the implementation of the funds required for the bidding project.

Assist Party B in the clarification, Q&A and revision of the bidding documents.

Participate in the pre-standard question and answer session and the opening ceremony.

Establish a bid evaluation committee.

According to the notice of winning the bid issued by Party B, sign the contract with the winning bidder.

2. Party B's duties

Within the scope of the tender entrusted by Party A, the bidding work shall be organized.

Responsible for the preparation of bidding files.

Printing and distribution of tender files.

Prepare and publish a tender notice for this project.

Clarify the issues raised by the bidder regarding the bidding documents. Modify the bidding file if necessary.

Organize site surveys and Q&A sessions.

Receive bidding documents, organize and preside over the bid opening, and submit the bid opening records to the relevant competent departments in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Responsible for the establishment of the bid evaluation committee, and jointly study with Party A to determine the composition of the bid evaluation committee. The technical and economic experts in the bid evaluation committee are randomly selected from the local government expert database under the supervision of the supervisory department.

A winning bid notice will be issued to the winning bidder to inform the winning bidder to sign a contract with Party A.

Organize the bidding and bid evaluation documents to be filed by Party A.

3. Shared responsibility

The two parties shall abide by the relevant provisions of the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China"; during the bidding process and after the completion of the bidding, both parties shall be responsible for keeping the relevant business and technical secrets of the other party confidential.

Fourth, the cost

1. Both Party A and Party B each bear the expenses incurred by themselves during the bidding process.

2. Party B shall directly collect the bidding agency service fee _____________ yuan from the winning bidder. After the signing of this contract, Party A shall pay Party B the agency fee of ________% of the total contract price within _____ days as the preliminary fee for the project bidding. V. Confidentiality

6. The agreement comes into force and other

1. This agency agreement is in the form of a share, which is stipulated by Party A and Party B, and is signed and sealed by the representatives of both parties.

2. Unfinished matters are resolved by mutual agreement in a supplementary agreement, which is an integral part of the agreement.

3. During the implementation of this Agreement, in the event of a new law or regulation by the State that contradicts this Agreement, the provisions of national law shall prevail.
