Part 1: Experience in the life-based education
During the summer vacation, our school leaders organized teachers to personally study the students. During the study, I learned some knowledge about the students and many feelings.
I think both teachers and principals should have ideals. They are pursuing the ideal educational realm and the ideal realm of life. That is happy and active, calm and passionate work and life.
Student-oriented education is both an educational concept and a teaching model. Its core is “all for children, high respect for children, and full dependence on children”. “Following people” is the core concept of the new curriculum. We have been reforming the new curriculum for seven years. Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, we have done some research in the classroom teaching practice. However, after participating in the life-based education, I feel that it is too much in our teaching. It is not enough to study how teachers can teach and not enough for students to study. Teaching is the implementation of the concept of learning to serve students, and learning becomes obedience and acceptance. Second, the short-sighted behavior of teaching results is still relatively serious. In order to quickly reach a goal, children are often given “compressed biscuits”. The result is a loss of creativity and indifference to learning. Third, neglecting the construction of children's emotional world, in the score and ranking evaluation, let the children feel the happiness of growth, the confidence of success and the warmth of expectation. We have not fully translated our ideas, we have not fully understood the new concepts, and we have not been solid enough in the implementation of the actions. Of course education is not a panacea. There is also a problem that can't be solved by perfect education. Because there are no two things in nature that are the same. We can't fully teach students in accordance with their aptitude. In fact, even the most educated educators can't understand the heart of every child. But this does not mean that our educators will do nothing. If we can create and provide an open and diverse development environment for our students, then our students' chances of getting the right way to develop will be greatly enhanced. Part 2: Experience in the life-based education
I am very honored that we have come into contact with the concept of “living education”. Later, we listened to an expert report and a mathematics demonstration class. I first felt the student class, and later I watched the class, group study, and personal reading. The books of this education, the Internet search materials, and other teachers began to learn the "living this class", combined with their own practice, simply talk about their own learning experience.
First, the students got released
The ideal of a student-oriented education is to find out an educational method so that teachers can teach less, but students can learn more. "Students' education" is to make students become the real masters of the classroom. Teachers are only the instructors and leaders of students' independent development. Second, the teacher's role has undergone earth-shaking changes
In this regard, I have a deep understanding. In the past, I used to be like an old aunt in the classroom. Hey, I’m afraid that the children can’t understand, and they’re always talking about it, since they’ve touched it. After I realized the concept of “born education”, I realized that my teacher is too strong, and I found that we are too passionate in teaching. Many times we are willing to undertake a lot of work and we are eager to develop according to the direction we design. But in the end it is often a failure.
Professor Guo pointed out: "The essence of education - is the development of children." From this sentence, we can see Professor Guo's repositioning of the role of the teacher. The teacher's duty is to help, the meaning of help is only to stimulate and guide. After a period of "living this class", my biggest confusion is that I don't know what to say in the class. This requires further study in the future classroom.
Third, the problems encountered in the process of birth
We watched the teaching videos and found that the children in the class were confident and happy. Now I sometimes realize this. However, more often it is a sigh of relief, every time I think: How can children not cooperate so much? How can language expression skills be so lacking?
