How to deal with these problems quickly and correctly? In fact, it is really difficult to learn more knowledge and skills in such a short construction internship. However, during these days of construction internships, I have recognized the direction of the efforts required for future project management work from a more comprehensive perspective. As the teacher and engineer said during the internship: "Working in civil engineering after graduation requires modesty and learning." Indeed, after graduating from college to a new job, we are faced with a blank piece of paper, everything is new, and everything is waiting for us to work hard. Therefore, in the face of so many seniors who have been engaged in water conservancy projects for a long time, their work experience is more abundant than ours. Knowledge is more solid than us. Knowledge is more profound than ours. We only have the patience to learn from them and learn from them. We will have more experience. Great progress will enable us to achieve even greater gains in the difficult and challenging areas of engineering management.
In addition, during this graduation internship, I also found some shortcomings and shortcomings, mainly the following two points:
First, the mastery of professional knowledge is not comprehensive.
Despite the serious study of professional knowledge in the school, the current knowledge is not wide enough, and it is not easy to be competent in project management. Therefore, although I am going to work in the near future, I should regard the work I do as The beginning of new learning, only learning in practice, will acquire more professional knowledge and skills.
Second, the professional practice experience is far from rich.
Due to the low number of professional internships, it is difficult to apply the knowledge learned and practice, and the experience gained through practice is a shortage. Therefore, in the future, we must seize the opportunity to learn from the predecessors who are engaged in water conservancy projects. At the same time, we must change the learning methods and attitudes, change the passive absorption learning methods that rely too much on teachers in the past, and actively take the initiative to learn from others. Ask, while strengthening self-learning ability and mastering the ability to solve problems.
In short, I will appreciate the results of this internship, which I believe will be extremely helpful for my future work. The road to life is still very long. No one can predict the bumps on the career road, but we must keep in mind the principle of the survival of the fittest. In this challenging society, we can only strengthen ourselves. Although the time for this graduation internship was not very long, I got a good practice opportunity and made a good preparation for my future work and study.

Second, in a modern society where material desires flow, we must not follow the tide, keep the true self, and persist in ourselves.
The society is a large dyeing tank, and there are all kinds of people, and there will be unfair phenomena. After all, society is a society. It is not a campus. It is not as simple and clear as it is on campus. It is pure and transparent. The society is full of infighting between adults. In the face of these conditions that we are unable to change, what we can do is to uphold ourselves and not follow the tide.
