From September 14 to September 20, 2019, I participated in the training of new civil servants in the central government in 2019. As a civil servant of the central government, we must stand at the height of the whole country to think about problems. Objective things are interrelated, intricate, and swaying. First, study hard and keep up with the times. Today's society is changing with each passing day, and all kinds of emerging disciplines have sprung up. The official is to be an official, the spirit of diligence and dedication is lost, the fine tradition of the party is lost, and the people are profitable, which seriously damages the image of the party and the country. Therefore, we must keep in mind two important requirements. We must maintain a modest, cautious, unprofessional, and unruly work style. We must maintain a hard working style. Part 2: Experience in civil service training

I was lucky enough to participate in the training at the end of April 2019, organized by the Organization Department of Yichun Municipal Committee and the Personnel Bureau of Yichun City. In the course of the training, I studied the report of the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee, the Scientific Outlook on Development, the Civil Service Law, how to be a qualified civil servant, the writing and processing of official documents, and the administration according to law, and participated in social practice. Throughout the training period, I have always devoted myself to learning with full enthusiasm, and completed the training tasks better. Let me talk about my experiences.

First: Through this training, I have deepened my understanding of civil servants. In essence, the behavior of civil servants is the embodiment of the will of the state. In China, the Communist Party of China is the ruling party and represents the interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. Third: Through this training, let yourself see the gap. In today's society, when it is imaginarily called the "knowledge big bang", you can't learn it, even if you don't learn a day. For our civil servants, we must have high standards.

Part 3: Experience in civil service training

From November 25th to 30th, 2019, I participated in the first training course for newly hired civil servants in the direct organs of Hunan Province in 2019. Although there is only one week of training time, in this intense and enriched training, under the careful organization of the party school leaders and teachers, I devoted myself to the study with a rigorous attitude, and completed the training task better. 4. Understand the characteristics and significance of Huxiang culture, and lay a solid cultural foundation for future work on this land.

5. Complete the role change as soon as possible and adapt quickly to work.
