Third, work measures

1. There is a lack of systematicity in changing teaching and research activities. Activities should focus on teaching materials research, teaching methods, and learning methods, and conduct in-depth research activities.

2. Conscientiously implement the “Langzhen Central School Teaching and Research Group Activity System”. The teaching and research team leader should organize members to carry out activities. The content of the activities should be closely related to the new curriculum reform work. The forms should be diverse, and the activities of the Xuanke and Yiyan can not be taken.

3. Strengthen the intensity of teaching and research, based on the research of the new curriculum, the combination of theoretical research and practice as a breakthrough, solid practical teaching and research activities, encourage teachers to study textbooks, teaching methods, and learning methods. Everyone writes this semester 2 ~ 3 curriculum reform papers, a high-quality teaching design, teachers who actively participate in activities and have a certain level of teaching and research should be rewarded.

4. Actively create a new situation combining teaching and research and curriculum reform activities, integrate the education and teaching resources of our school, save teachers' time, give full play to teachers' potential, and improve teaching and research standards.

5. All teachers should actively participate in activities, keep notes, speak enthusiastically, attendance of teacher participants, and performance in activities should be recorded in the teacher's file.
