First, the regular work of education and teaching
1. Further urge the teachers, grade groups, and teaching and research groups of this semester to complete their work plans and conclusions. And with the work of the grade groups and teaching and research groups, coordinate the relationship between the various sections. Responsible for completing the temporary work of substitute class and class adjustment, and doing a good job for the normal operation of school teaching.

3. Organize the mid-term and final exams, and complete the graduation exam in the third grade, the two simulated exams in the county and the mock exams organized by the grade group.
4. Cooperate with the school to organize physical examinations and strengthen the management of students in all grades. The registration and review of the third year of the senior high school entrance examination, as well as the issuance of the graduation certificate.
5. Coordinate with the grade group and the class teacher to select the study materials. Pay attention to the teaching in the usual time, and actively participate in the activities of each grade group.
6. Require and cooperate with the grade leader to complete the teaching work of all grades, especially the training of top students in all grades, and adjust the arrangement of the supplementary classes.
7. Strive to complete the daily affairs of the teaching office, and improve the problems in the final examination system and the marking, and strive to make the scoring standards before the change, and the responsibility is to the people.
8. Complete the textbook subscription work and collect statistics on the deposit books for future use.
9. Guide and cooperate with the staff of the library to complete the opening of the library, the distribution of teaching materials and the subscription services of teachers and students.
10. Cooperate with the staff of the computer room to complete various tasks, improve the audio-visual work, teacher training, and continuing education, and strengthen the guidance of computer courses.
11. Cooperate with the Ministry of Political Affairs and Education to hold a class guide, a grade group, and a student symposium.

Second, teaching and research work.
In order to do a good job in teaching and research in our school, we have indeed improved teaching achievements through teaching and research, and fully implemented new educational ideas and educational concepts. This semester will make the following arrangements for teaching and research work:

5. 6. Teachers with senior professional titles are required to submit a paper related to teaching, class management, school management, etc. during the semester to provide a basis for year-end assessment. Other teachers also advocate the submission of a paper. The school will recommend excellent papers to participate in the competition.
7. Teachers of all grades in all grades must coordinate with each other and unify the progress of teaching in order to arrange mid-term and final exams.

9. Laboratory management personnel should strengthen contact and communication with teachers in various classes to promote experimental teaching.
