Experimental kindergarten's work plan for the second half of the year

I. Working ideas: Taking the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China as an opportunity, we will comprehensively implement the 2011 key target responsibility system around the overall thinking of the district education bureau “standardizing management, highlighting characteristics and promoting balance”. With the goal of “Building Characteristics, Establishing Brands, and Harmonious Development”, and taking “Confidence, Harmony and Openness” as the development goal, we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

Second, the work objectives

Full implementation of the 2011 key target responsibility system, reception district education bureau new semester vision and supervision evaluation

Revise the charter, improve management, strengthen services, and go all out to meet the inspection and acceptance of provincial demonstration parks

Launched the National Reading and Learning Week and held the 4th Shuxiang Campus Reading Festival

Taking the opportunity of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China as an opportunity, a variety of celebrations were held.

We attach great importance to, pay close attention to, and strictly inspect the houses of the park to ensure completeness.

Third, the work tasks and main measures:

1. Reception District Education Bureau's new semester vision and supervision assessment.

On August 14th, the park leadership meeting was held to study the personnel arrangements for the new semester and discuss the revision of the kindergarten regulations. From August 24th to August 28th, all faculty and staff went to work. Organize teachers to participate in garden training, hold faculty meetings, summarize summer work, and issue new semester)

2. Actively create a good atmosphere for respecting teachers and teaching, and hold a teacher-day celebration for teachers and children.

On September 10th, the experimental kindergarten held a “grand, warm, simple and pragmatic” celebration of the Teacher's Day. The party and government work groups jointly joined and invited retired teachers to participate.

3. Launch the 4th Annual Scholars Campus Reading Festival of the Experimental Kindergarten . The National Reading and Learning Week was held. On September 28th, the 4th Shuxiang Campus Reading Festival was held.

4. Discuss and revise the kindergarten regulations.

5. Improve management, radiation demonstration, highlighting features and building brands. Go all out to meet the inspection and acceptance of provincial demonstration parks with high quality.

6. Community linkage and home communication. Play the role of the parent committee, increase publicity, and actively and creatively do the work of parents.

7. Taking the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China as an opportunity to carry out a variety of theme celebrations.

8. Attach great importance to it, pay close attention to the housing houses, strengthen the inspection work, and do a good job in the kindergarten property and the safety of teachers and students.
