In order to further implement the "Heilongjiang Province Administrative Law Enforcement Responsibility System Trial Measures" and the administrative law enforcement responsibility system issued by Mudanjiang City and ××× City, the goal of administrative law enforcement work is truly implemented, and we are in accordance with the provincial and municipal requirements for the archives. In conjunction with the actual work of our own work, we conducted a comprehensive self-examination of this year's administrative law enforcement work. The relevant work is summarized as follows:

First, do a good job and implement responsibility

Since the beginning of the year, we have decomposed the objectives of the administrative law enforcement responsibility system for the whole work, and put the relevant work objectives into the head. Second, among the administrative law enforcement personnel, the personnel must have an administrative enforcement certificate issued by the Provincial Construction Committee. Third, timely organize administrative law enforcement personnel to participate in law enforcement training classes organized by higher authorities. The fourth is to organize relevant law enforcement personnel to conduct professional studies during the winter leisure period. The fifth is to implement the strict implementation of the standardized procedures when drafting the relevant files. Sixth, the law enforcement work was carried out in strict accordance with the "Measures for the Management of Street Lamps" and the "Demolition Approval System". Law enforcement work in road excavation

1. Approved Harbin Hongyuan Telecom Installation Company to excavate 81.7 square meters of gravel roads in Amber Road, Tuanjie Road, Gongnong Street and Yundong Street, and the cost of the pavement after excavation is 12.00 yuan per square meter. Harbin Hongyuan Telecom Installation Company It has been self-recovered and has been approved for delivery.

2. Approved the XX City Power Supply Bureau to excavate 10.5 square meters of pavement on Heping Street and Nanyi Road. The excavated road surface was built at a cost of 160.00 yuan per square meter, and the XX City Power Supply Bureau resumed itself. Acceptance and delivery.

3. Approved the ××× Thermal Power Company to excavate 36 square meters of gravel pavement in Nongzhan Street, Xincun Street and Hongqi Street, and the pavement after excavation was costed at RMB 12.00 per square meter. Muling Thermal Power Co., Ltd. resumed itself. , has passed the acceptance and delivery.

4. Approved the ××× City Water Company to excavate 1.8 square meters of gravel pavement at Heping Street. The excavated pavement was costed at 160.00 yuan per square meter. The city water company has recovered itself and has passed the acceptance and delivery.

5. Approved MasterCard Plastics Co., Ltd. excavated 5 square meters of gravel pavement on Gongnong Street. The excavated pavement was costed at 12.00 yuan per square meter. MasterCard Plastics Co., Ltd. has resumed itself and has passed the acceptance and delivery.

6. Approved by XXXX Industrial and Commercial Bureau to excavate 3 square meters of pavement on Beisan Road. The excavated pavement was built at the cost of 160.00 yuan per square meter. The Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau has resumed its own work and has passed the acceptance and delivery.

7. Approved XX Hot Energy Company excavated 32 square meters of pavement on Hongqi Street, and the pavement after excavation was costed at 160.00 yuan per square meter. The city heating company has recovered itself and has passed the acceptance test.

8. Approved the ××× City Finance Bureau to excavate 10 square meters of pavement on the farm road, and the pavement after excavation was costed at 160.00 yuan per square meter. The Municipal Finance Bureau resumed it by itself and has passed the acceptance and delivery.

9. Approved the ××× City Post Office to excavate 180 square meters of sidewalk board in Heping Street. After the excavation, the sidewalk board was built at the cost of 90.00 yuan per square meter. The city post bureau has resumed itself and has passed the acceptance and delivery. The excavation road area was 360 square meters throughout the year. All the projects were excavated by the users themselves. The urban construction department supervised and guided them from beginning to end, and did not charge a penny for road excavation fees or deposits.

Law enforcement work in lighting facilities

1. On the night of April 29 this year, the patrol personnel on duty of the street lamp found that the street lamp in the west section of Tuanjie Road was damaged by a single base. After investigation by many parties, the perpetrator was an eight-faced individual transport vehicle. After consultation between the two parties, the owner of the vehicle was out. Money, the Urban Construction Department sent professionals, and the two sides jointly resumed.

2. On the night of May 7, the street lights of Beisan Road were damaged by two carriages. Although many people investigated and visited, they could not find the perpetrators. In order to facilitate the citizens to go to night, we resumed.

3. On September 24th, the streetlight lampshade of Xihuan was damaged by the residents of the villagers in the village, and it was restored in time after consultation between the two parties.

Second, the existing problems

1. Due to objective reasons, some perpetrators are difficult to find, and it is very difficult to deal with the compensation after the municipal accident.

2. Although we have adopted a system of heavy rewards for the society, the phenomenon that individual citizens do not report and knowingly report the case still exists.

3. In the promotion of legal system, it is not enough. The publicity is not extensive and needs to be further strengthened.

1. Further increase the intensity of legal publicity work and strive to create a good atmosphere for people's urban management.

2. Constantly sum up experience, find deficiencies, and strive to improve the standard of work of law enforcement personnel, so that law enforcement work can be standardized as soon as possible.
