1. Forest fire prevention work

Since 2019, most areas in Yunnan have suffered from drought in a hundred years, and the fire safety level in the Expo garden area is still high. The forest fire prevention work is facing tremendous pressure and unprecedented challenges. In order to ensure the safety of the forest in the Expo site, the Ministry of Security has formulated the “Implementation Plan for Forest Fire Prevention and Grid Management of the Expo Site”, which divides 2,500 mu of forest land around the Expo site according to factors such as vegetation cover and under-combustible combustibles along the main road of the Expo. There are two large areas in the left and right areas, and three small areas of responsibility are delineated in the two large areas. The fire protection automatic alarm system reconstruction project of the four major venues of the Expo site was started on May 24, 2019. During the construction period, due to the dismantling of the old system, the new system was not installed in place, and the fire safety of the venue could only rely on civil air defense. In order to ensure the fire safety of the venue during the construction period, the Ministry of Security has formulated the Work Safety and Defence Work Plan for the Stadium during Construction. 3. Scenic order work

In July of this year, the company began to implement a new ticket sales policy, which caused a devastating blow to the unscrupulous people who had long relied on selling the tickets to the Expo. The main entrance ticket sales environment has been fundamentally improved. According to this situation, the Ministry of Security timely adjusted the deployment of personnel, shifting the focus from cracking down on ticket sellers, maintaining the order of purchase tickets to maintaining the order of operation in the park, and focusing on cracking down on "black guides" and "black photos".
