The work of this semester is coming to an end. Since the school-based training work was carried out, the leaders of our school have always placed it at the top of the school work. For school-based training, our school has developed a series of rules and regulations. The decision-making arrangement of the teaching office, the teaching department specifically focused on implementation. Under the framework of the large program, the teachers developed their own professional development plans according to their own actualities and submitted them to the archives. For the process management, according to the spirit of the superior and the “Baiyun Road Model”, our school has formulated the “Detailed Examination and Evaluation Rules for the National School of Ziling Center”. For the evaluation and management of the results, our school has also formulated the “Sub-Small Level Assessment Form”. Sub-schools, training and rewards programs, etc. With the guarantee of these systems, the teachers of our school have devoted great enthusiasm to the activities of training, which guarantees a certain quality.

Third, activities lead, promote development

In this training activity, we mainly do:

1. Actively reflect on the online training activities of summer national distance education resources. Most of the teachers in our school participated in the online education training this summer. Everyone studied hard, carefully took notes, and completed many online operations with quality and quantity. This year, the school leaders checked the notes. The school counted the results. Every teacher in our school was qualified. In particular, the two teachers of Yan Xiaochun and Zhang Jinmei had a perfect score of 100 points. The tree was typical of our school. In September, for the training, the school organized teachers to focus on teaching and research groups or focus on the harvest, write their experiences, and talk about the plans in combination with their own work, and asked everyone to apply the good methods they learned to their actual teaching work.

2. Training of students' educational ability. Teaching and educating people is a criterion for teachers. Teacher teaching is not only to teach students cultural knowledge, but more importantly, to shape people's souls. No matter which side, teachers are required to have profound knowledge, noble morality, and also have rich, appropriate and effective education. Methods and techniques. 3. Computer and information technology training. The Education Bureau implements a campus networking plan to create an information learning platform. In view of the actual situation of our school, the age is aging, and it will not become or become unskilled to become the mainstream. This is a big problem. 4. Conduct regular teaching and research activities. In addition to continuing to listen to and evaluate the class, the language and number teaching and research group also actively engaged in online teaching and research twice a month according to the requirements of the higher level. There are central issues, and there are training teachers who retire and have a team leader summary. Especially in the month of teaching and display in October, all the teachers in the post participated in the exhibition. The teachers carefully prepared the lessons, carefully prepared them, and took classes in a solid manner. Everyone showed their own level and achieved certain results.

In short, a variety of training activities have stimulated the enthusiasm for learning, exercised the operational ability, and promoted the professional development of teachers.

Fourth, full participation, common progress

This school-based training activity, from the principal, from the ordinary teachers, each with great enthusiasm into the study, truly reflects the fact that all the people are soldiers, each person does not fall. Through the development of various activities, teachers learn from each other, learn from each other's strengths, and promote common progress.

In addition, I also serve as a teacher and personnel in the school. This work is also a thousand things, and it takes a lot of time and effort to complete. In this issue, my main work is as follows: 1. The examination, statistics and collection and reporting of relevant national data on the online education of teachers in the summer compulsory education stage. 2. Cooperate with school accounting to do a good job in teacher salary adjustment, filling out forms, and reporting. 3. Cooperate with the District Education Bureau to do a good job in creating a learning school, a teacher's school-based training evaluation, a teacher's “three-type” level recognition and a learning-type teacher's evaluation work, and also to do relevant data collection and statistical reporting. 4. Continue to complete the teacher's job evaluation and job examinations that have not been completed in the previous period.

Although my work in this issue is okay, there are still some omissions and unsatisfactory places. For example, to lead teachers to create their own scientific research results, but also to promote, this is not enough. "All for teaching services" is the purpose of the teaching department, teaching and research activities must unconditionally serve the central work of the school. This issue is a busy semester, and various activities are scheduled. Therefore, teachers should adjust the plan in time and adopt a more relaxed form to participate in the research.
